Нам все очень понравилось, от возможности заказать трансфер, работы сотрудников, чистоте, завтрак. Все супер. До аэропорта пешком идти проблемно, а на трансфере - 5 минут и ты на месте!!!
Завтрак разнообразный, вкусный. Номер чистый, уютных. В номере тихо.

מלום מצויין, לא מפואר מידי , בדיוק מה שצריך ללילה ליד שדה התעופה. צוות נחמד מאוד ושירותי, שאטל בתשלום של 5 יורו שמגיע ואוסף מיד כשצריך ( מחוץ לשער 5 בטרמינל )

Siamo stati accolti alle 16:00 di domenica 9 agosto da un ragazzo gentile e da una signorina arrogante e maleducata.
Se non le piace lavorare con il pubblico le consiglio di cambiare lavoro.
Le camere sporche, (finestre sigillate bisogna chiamare in reception per farle aprire) e prive di kit di benvenuto... un 4 stelle senza cuffia, ciabattine e spazzolino monouso inaccettabile...il frigobar in camera completamente vuoto...scrivono camere insonorizzate ma sentivo tutti i movimenti nelle camere adiacenti...questo potrebbe essere appena un 3 stelle....
Snack bar nn pervenuto se non un frigo con dentro 4 tramezzini....ristorante chiuso sabato e domenica non si può sentire ....un enorme disservizio e delusione.
