The hairs in the sink. I mentioned it at the reception, they sent somebody that confirmed but didn’t clean!

Hello everyone,
I would like to share my experience of staying at this hotel.
The location is excellent for anyone who wants to check in, relax, and recover after arriving at Malpensa Airport. Yes, the hotel is quite far from the centre of Milan, so it may not be suitable for guests who want to stay directly in the city. However, it is a perfect place to spend a comfortable night after a flight or to stay closer to the airport at the end of a holiday or business trip.
There are not enough words to describe the professionalism and hospitality of the hotel managers and reception staff. They do everything possible to make guests feel at home. Their communication and service were outstanding.
They were always ready to answer even the most basic or repeated questions, arrange transfers to and from the airport quickly and efficiently, and even wake you up if you happen to oversleep a little, as happened in my case. :)
From the moment you arrive, they almost become your personal concierge and leave an excellent impression. They are one of the main reasons why I would like to return to this hotel and visit Milan again. They are truly the diamonds of this hotel!
The breakfast was not as extensive as you might find in hotels such as Radisson, but it was still good and varied enough for everyone to find something they liked. At least, we enjoyed our breakfast and found everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest adding is cooked oatmeal, as it was not available.
The housekeeping staff also worked very professionally. While we were away, they cleaned and organised everything perfectly, leaving us with no complaints at all, even though after arriving at around 11:40 p.m., we had left the room looking like a complete mess. :)
The rooms are slightly old-fashioned, but this is a very minor issue compared with the overall quality of the hotel and the wonderful service.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.
