Londra, città affascinante e piacevole.
Pros:

La posizione. Circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria, in un quartiere tranquillo. Staff accogliente e disponibile (tengono i bagagli anche dopo il check out).

Cons:

Camere un po' piccole. Poco spazio tra i letti.

Great location and staff at a reasonable price
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff who were helpful and allowed us to leave our bags while offering 24/7 reception.

They were very responsive over message too and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

Room felt a bit dated and small. The shower could have been more powerful perhaps.

We booked accommodation months in advance only to be told on arrival; they were fully booked and our room was 3 floors up with no lift and narrow steep stairs (8;flights) after a 19 hour flight to carry all the heavy luggage to the top seemed horrendous until we opened the door to our room!
It was tiny! No room to put luggage/move. Not a chair to sit.. No air conditioning. No fridge. No chair to sit on. In the heatwave the only respite was a desk fan.
The bath towels had holes in it. Hot water worked sporadically depending if other tenants were using it.
The mattress on the bed had seem better decades as the springs are totally gone and it sloped outwards making it dangerous whilst sleeping for falls.
We are extremely well travelled and easily adaptable but this has been by far the worst accommodation we have encountered.
Unsure if the place is even legal with all exposed electrical wiring and only one way out in case of a fire.
Pictures on the ad was not what we got!

Pros:

Le personnel à la réception très aimable et sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés en avance pas rapport au chek in la chambre était prête et aucune surfacturation en plus. La localisation de l'hôtel est très bien, proche du bus et des stations de métro.

Cons:

Les équipements et la chambre très vétuste. Étant enceinte de presque 7 être dans une chambre au dernier étage sans ascenseur pas très pratique. La porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas correctement, le jet d'eau de la douche était très faible et une odeur d'égout ressortait des canalisations de la salle de bain.
