Don’t book if you can’t manage several flights of narrow stairs
Pros:

We weren’t impressed. The pictures online are not a fair representation

A comfortable, clean room, lovely staff, very good location
Pros:

The staff were lovely - helpful and friendly. the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was just what I needed as I could walk from the tube and also to and from where I was spending the day.

Cons:

It would be useful to have some kind of light beside the bed rather than just the main light.

Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación

Cons:

La pieza era extremadamente chica.. literalmente no entraba caminando entre la cama y la pared
Era una pieza para tres personas y nosotros siendo dos ya era mucho
Realmente si sucede algo o algún accidente es un peligro
La ventana muy chica, pésima ventilación

Pros:

Good value for money, good location. It is an old townhouse so got what we expected, old narrow stairs, small rooms but seemed well kept.

Cons:

Stay was fine bit disappointed when we called in early to see if they'd hold our backpacks till we could check in and wr could get no one at reception or on phone for about 10 min so had to explore with our bags.

O recepcionista foi excepcional.
Tentou nos ajudar da melhor maneira que estava ao seu alcance.

Cons:

Não há elevador nem ar condicionado.
Pegamos uma onda de calor e com temperaturas de 36° foi bem desconfortável.
Janela aberta e um ventilador não conseguem refrescar o quarto.

Great friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the location and the staff extremely friendly

Cons:

Having to climb up many many stairs no lift. With one of us travelling pregnant and asthmatic. Not good. The heat in the rooms are awful fan not powerful enough but they can't help the weather. Very few plug sockets. Near the bedside tables would be handy

lo sceglierei di nuovo solo se avessi una camera ad un piano intermedio con una finestra normale
Pros:

buona posizione, molto vicina alle strutture principali come victoria station

Cons:

abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi, la stanza era piccola e il letto non era matrimoniale, camere a piani molto alti senza ascensore, nel bagno non funzionava la ventola, camera estremamente calda con solo un piccolo ventilatore e la finestra non si apriva completamente

Saturday night, lots of noise all through the night outside, little sleep was had.
Pros:

Double and single beds took up all the room space, they were comfortable at least, bathroom upgrade and good shower.

Cons:

No lift in the building, small dangerous stairs. The window did not close let in a lot of outside noise and cold breeze. Tiny room, no fridge. Paid $320 Australian for the night.
