La piscina de adultos, se tenia que pagar por toda la estancia, me hubiese gustado haberla probado " pagando" por un día.
Nos encantó absolutamente todo , un hotel y una experiencia para repetir.
Llevo yendo al hotel Playa de la Luz más de 25 años, donde hemos repetido tanto con nuestros hijos como solos y casi siempre muy bien.
He de decir que siempre nos han tratado muy bien, pero hemos notado en los dos o tres últimos años un deterioro en la atención del personal del restaurante en el desayuno así como una bajada en la calidad de los zumos y especialmente el café. Ya no ponen ningún tipo de mantelería en las mesas y ni siquiera dejan, como hacían anteriormente, un recipiente para los residuos propios del desayuno

A lot of potential but completely lack of management skills or lack of management. Procedures 10000 years just too old designed just to make the life of the employee easier and a pain for the paying customer. I would have spent a fortune at the bar by the pool, but staff is just incompetent.
Pool chair? Pay extra. Beach chair? Pay for them. Parking? Pay every time you go in and out. Pay extra Towels? Need to go ask at Front Desk Charge to the room? Go to front desk Need an extra key? Catch it? Because they don’t know how to give things to your hand…

Penny pinching attitude. The charge for each sachet of sugar etc on tea tray in room. No drinking water put in room. Charge for parking and use of safe.
