Room was great - service and facilities shocking
Pros:

The room was spacious well equipped and clean.

Cons:

I was going to take a taxi as I arrived late - but got an email from hotel advising they have a shuttle service for EUR5 return - I assumed that would be a good thing - they did NOT mention how infrequently the service ran and I ended up waiting over an hour still almost 11pm - not even knowing if a shuttle was still operating (I was there at 21h45) and could have been in my room asleep along time before the shuttle eventually arrived. No signage either - just because another guest called the hotel/driver did we know it was ours. Waste of precious time

Enttäuschendes Frühstück und deutlich abgewohnte Zimmer
Cons:

Leider haben Frühstück und Service enttäuscht. Für mindestens 50 Personen gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, Tee musste man erst suchen. Die Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Brot und Croissants war sehr überschaubar und wurde nicht ausreichend nachgefüllt. Insgesamt das enttäuschendste Hotelfrühstück, das ich bisher erlebt habe.

Auch die Zimmer wirken teilweise deutlich abgewohnt, die Teppiche waren sehr fleckig.

It was close to airport
It was cheap

Cons:

Like all Novotel hotels the toilet was the size of airplane toilet. The bathroom had no lock and the carpeted floor had so many brown spots that looked gross.
You get what you pay for.

le protège matelas en plastique...horrible
manque une prise sur un côté du lit, une seule personne peut recharger son tél.
nous avons réservé pour 2, le canapé transformable en lit d’appoint ouvert...plus de canapé dommage ???

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié dans un premier temps, nous arrivons devant l’hôtel avec plein de racailles devant l’entrée de l’hôtel. Nous rentrons dans l’hôtel, on nous parle de dépôt de garantie de 100 € en sachant que la chambre était déjà à 120 €. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel prendre un dépôt de garantie donc on a dû payer dans un premier temps 220 € ensuite la surprise du chef le parking à 16 €. Effectivement ils ont noté dans Booking mais il faut aller farfouiller dans différentes informations, ça devrait être écrit au moment de payer l’hôtel. La télé posée sur un trépied. Je n’avais jamais vu ça dans un hôtel quatre étoiles, le fond de la baignoire de la salle de bain était bleue. L’hôtel est un peu vétuste, il y a des choses à refaire quand on est arrivé devant notre porte de chambre, l’encadrement de la porte était tout abîmé.
