Pros:

Perfect location for one night stopover enjoy route to Angers by train.
Room bright and comfortable. Pity windiws dont open even a little. Difficult to cool room with a/c or the a/c is turned up high and is noisy.
Bathroom ok but lacked a towel warmer.
Breakfast adequate but not overwhelming.
Staff pleasant enough but not overly so.
