I will definitely stay there again and look forward to lovely crispy bacon and moist scrambled eggs!
Pros:

The location was excellent, situated just outside Lille Europe. It is an easy walk to the old centre.

The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Bed and bedding were a 10/10.

I had room service, and the staff waiter was very attentive to my needs, coming up to check in before delivering my order to ensure I made the right meal choice - I really appreciated that - because I was starved and ordered something that would not have done the job.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little under where it should be. Eggs and bacon could have been must better - lumpy eggs and barely heated bacon. Blah

In the room, there was no suitable or desk to work on or have room service. The small table was very high and the "seat" was a canapé, very low - total mismatch, guys. I had to eat and work sitting in bed which meant I got food all over myself, and an overheating PC.
