Worst experience ever. The room were not as same the shown. Food was bland and everything was so terrible. They even called 5 to 6 times to check out the room. Not good hospitality
The whole experience was wonderful. We also managed to go to the salon, the spa desk mangers and hairstylist were amazing. They were constantly checking on my 13 year old daughter and making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying over here if you want an extremely friendly, healthy and interactive atmosphere. We will be back again for sure!

My 3rd time at this hotel. Flooring in room looks old. Some wear and tear. Can't extend late checkout till 2pm which usually other hotels allow. Need more firmer beds. Pillow too soft or too hard. Nothing in between.

Rooms and overall hotel is getting tired. Steam room cold on arrival and never really got hot.
