Big spacious room , very close to the airport .
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious . The property is big but lacks the typical 5 star vibe or class. The amenities are old . The toiletries in the bathroom was average . the linen and the towels were not what one expects in a 5 star. Housekeeping is very slow . Food trays left outside the rooms weren't picked . WE ate at their specialty restaurant food was very over priced . Breakfast spread was fantastic lot of options and very tasty .

Cons:

attitude of the staff. Very matter of fact and not welcoming . quality of products used in a 5 star facility .

EMBARRASSMENT AT THE LALIT SWIMMING POOL
Pros:

I first went to the Lalit in 2024 for a friends birthday party. This involved buffet and swimming in the hotels pool. In June 2026, I called the Lalit to book for the same experience (buffet and swimming) and the booking was made. After the buffet we went to the swimming pool and after 40 minutes, one of the staffers told us that the pool was only for residents. We said that we had reserved and assured that we could use the pool. The girl (we have the name) actually denied having confirmed the buffet and the swimming pool. Nothing we said could make the budge and we got out of the pool. This was a very embarrassing moment for us and we did not imaging that this can happen to anyone in an establishment like the Lalit. The earlier good experience has all been deleted by this incident and we will take our money elsewhere.
