Poor club lounge

Cons:

I had booked club room with access to the club lounge. Facilities and service in the lounge were well below par. Food was average. Evening cocktails were supposed to be served from 6.30pm onwards. I asked for a beer and was not served till about 10 to 7pm since the drinks trolley was not prepared in advance for the 6.30pm opening time. Also the beer was warm
The hotel and fixtures and fittings in the rooms are dated. Power points need updating to accommodate modern needs like USB chargers, etc

The fact that it is absolutely inclusive and the service was top notch. The extras were communicated promptly and overall no fault. the inclusion of everyone is what makes it luxury.

Great facilities and good value, nice and close to the airport.
