All in all ok, but will not return.
Pros:

Location is excellent
Breakfast was good
Swimming pool was good
Nearby beach is good, with clean water.
WiFi was of good quality.

Cons:

Small repairs needed - e.g. bath room light-cover, shower holder, curtain holder, drying shelf on the balcony.
Waterpark near the hotel - overcrowded. Difficulties to find a place.
5 stars hotel but no air port transfer.

Les équipements de l'hôtel; la plage a vraiment deux pas, le jacuzzi, la piscine couverte, et la salle de sport bien équipée, le staff accueillant, le buffet varié et la
qualité de la bouffe.

Cons:

L'infrastructure, le choix des couleur; rouge et blanc donnant l'impression d'être dans un hôpital, l'atmosphère limite anxieuse voir parano, et les miroirs a l'infini, entre la chambre qui est toute blanche avec 3 grands miroir côte a côte qui gênent et le restaurant tout rouge j'ai l'impression que ça sort tout droit d'un film d'horreur. Aussi, les lumières rouges font mal au yeux. Cet hôtel vous conviendrait si les couleurs et le design ne sont pas parmi les raisons dont vous aller le réserver.

Good but can do better
Pros:

This is my second stay at this hotel, Sadly this visit didn't measure up to the quality of service i had first time.
I asked to have seperate beds in the room... they offered us a couch! Dissapointing

Very disappointing experience. The room I received did not match the condition shown in the photos before I made the booking. It had visible black spots and stains on the walls and furniture, making me uncomfortable staying there.

I promptly reported the issues and provided photographic evidence. I chose to check out, however, the hotel management declined to issue any refund, despite the concerns being raised immediately after check-in.

Çok hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir deneyimdi. Bana verilen oda, rezervasyon yapmadan önce fotoğraflarda gösterilen oda koşullarıyla uyuşmuyordu. Duvarlarda ve mobilyalarda belirgin siyah lekeler ve izler vardı ve bu durum odada kalmamı oldukça rahatsız edici hale getirdi.

Sorunları hemen otel yetkililerine bildirdim ve fotoğraflı kanıt sundum. Bunun üzerine otelden ayrılmaya karar verdim. Ancak, sorunları giriş yaptıktan hemen sonra bildirmeme rağmen otel yönetimi herhangi bir ücret iadesi yapmayı reddetti.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال جدًا. الغرفة اللي استلمتها كانت مختلفة عن الحالة اللي كانت واضحة في الصور قبل الحجز. كان فيه بقع سوداء وآثار واضحة على الجدران والأثاث، وهذا الشي خلاني ما أرتاح في الغرفة.

بلغت الفندق بالمشكلة مباشرة بعد تسجيل الدخول، وقدمت لهم صور توضح المشكلة. قررت أطلع من الفندق، لكن إدارة الفندق رفضت ترجع لي أي مبلغ، رغم إني أبلغتهم بالمشكلة من البداية

Nice colour ( red and white)
Pros:

There was good sweety heart girl in reception called Emira help me and my daugther with every thing regard staying and picnic making

Cons:

Two things first the drinks was not included( extra charge) all over in the minioar and restaurent
Second thing was regarding there. Is no pool in or out door for adult
