Well, I would tell the proximity of airport is awesome and the beds were great. And the bathroom was clean and nice. But thats it.
AC in the room was making noise instead of cold air. (corridors were cold, rooms not)
But mainly, the advertised free shuttle bus is scam. They will tell you, that it will come every 30 minutes from hotel and from P3. I waited 40+ minutes at P3 all others shuttles coming like 2-3 times in meantime. Not for the Suites. On the way back, the departure should be at 8:00 AM. I checked shuttle app at 8:15, shuttle was somewhere in the city, so I ended with Uber again. Noone from personal really cared.
The location.
I enquired whether a shuttle service will be available at my arrival time - received a message that the shuttle goes 24/7 with a link to track the shuttle, however when I arrived I waited an hour with no shuttle, after getting hold of the hotel they just said that the driver did not show up for work so there was no shuttle. This was not communicated and VERY unprofessional. Front desk was difficult to communicate with and was just plain rude.
I closed my bag with a zip tie and just wanted assistance to open the zip tie and I had nothing to remove it with - the staff plainly said they had nothing to help with - not even trying to help.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

Prefer floors and rooms to be more clean
It was close to the airport and had easy access from the highway.
The whole facility is ragged. The bed was lumpy and had no support. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. Most important, we booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle running every half hour. On Tuesday it ran very late. But on Wednesday on our way to the airport, we checked out and spoke to the man at the desk. Then we waited outside for the 6 am shuttle. At 6:05 I checked with the desk, and the man told me there was no shuttle until 8 am. He could have told us that at 5:50 when we checked out. Luckily, we did book a ride share quickly and we made our flight. O would not recommend this hotel.
O quarto é ok.
Um horror o atendimento. Nunca responderam minha dúvida sobre o shuttle. Mas pior foi a experiência real. Um error na chegada , inexistente para ir pegar um voo!!! Fui na hora acordada, shuttle parada, funcionários indiferentes ao meu desespero. Eu tive que ameaçar chamar a polícia para eles chamarem um táxi. Uma total irresponsabilidade num hotel de aeroporto.
