Airport shuttle service was terrible.
Pros:

Airport shuttle took over 1.5 hours to arrive. All peer hotel shuttles (including other Hampton) came and went multiple times while we waited for this shuttle.

Pros:

La habitación esta bien, aunque no da la sensación de limpieza.
Que los Hampton sigan realizando servicio de limpieza cada 2 dias me parece vergonzoso, el Covid ya paso y todos los hoteles han vuelto a la normalidad, si no se limpia habrá que realizar un descuento por no realizar la limpieza diaria de la habitación

Very good but room should have been vacuumed better. The cockroach was disturbing.
Pros:

Room was clean. Bathroom was excellent. Shower was nice and hot. Towels were immaculate. The room temperature was perfect and I didn’t need to adjust it.

Cons:

I saw a cockroach, thankfully only one. There was a bunch of hair on the carpet, so the floor had not been properly vacuumed. Missed having complimentary water bottles in the room.

Pros:

Everything was fine except for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Cons:

We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to the airport. Then the shuttle was packed with people.
