A relatively cheap hotel near Jersey Gardens Outlet.

Cons:

Appalling service from the reception staff; they are very unprofessional and act as if providing service is a burden. We had a clogged toilet, and some ceiling tiles were missing. The breakfast was pathetic. A poor choice, despite the low price.

הגענו מאוחר בלילה, היינו 4 אנשים ולכן ביקשנו עוד 2 שמיכות. נאמר לנו שאין שמיכות במלון. הסברנו שזה בעייתי ועדיין העובדים טענו בתוקף שאין כזה דבר בכל המלון. באיזשהו שלב עובדת הקבלה שהיתה נחמדה מאוד (האדם הנחמד היחיד שנתקלנו בו במלון הזה) הביאה לי שמיכת פיקה אחת/ כיסוי מיטה. כשהגעתי לחדר ופתחתי אותו היו עליו לכלוכים מגעילים כולל גוש שערות וקרעים ענקיים. בנוסף הבת שלי ישבה בלובי ושמעה את העובדת מדברת בספרדית על בעלי. בבוקר פניתי למנהלת התורנית והסברתי לה שהיינו צריכים שמיכות ולא היו אז היא אמרה שתדאג לזה. הגאתי לה גם תמונות של השמיכה המלוכלכת והיא היתה המומה ואמרה שזה יטופל. בעקבות זה קיבלנו 2 שמיכות פיק נקיות תחדר. יום למחרת כשעזבנו את המלון פניתי למנהל המלון וסיפרתי לו על כך שלא קיבלנו שמיכות ביום ההגעה וגם כשקיבלנו משהו זה היה דוחה ברמות. המנהל התנצל, נתן לי הנחה של 20 דולר ובזה נגמר העניין. בושה וחרפה

Close to the airport and right across from the mall

Cons:

Waited over an hour for the shuttle, when I phoned, was told it’s leaving in 5 mins. Driver very nice and friendly. Arrived at the reception desk, the man at reception ignored us for good 10 mins so I waited patiently, he didn’t even acknowledge or say I’ll be with you shortly, I found that rude.
