Limpeza é uma questão crítica desse hotel

Apenas do atendimento da recepção e localização.

Cons:

Pensei muito o que escrever sobre minha experiência nesse hotel, mas acho importante relatar. A coisa mais crítica é a limpeza. Fomos enviados a um quarto que, ao entrar, quase tive um troço. O quarto fedia suor impregnado, uma coisa tremendamente horrível e difícil de entender. Reclamamos e nos enviaram a outro que não fedia tanto, mas claramente não estava limpo (lençol e chão sujos). Literalmente dava nojo. Como tínhamos um evento e não dava mais para esperar, informamos na recepção. Quando voltamos, o quarto havia passado por limpeza e troca de roupa de cama. É importante dizer que os corredores refletem a mesma situação. Não há um bom trabalho de limpeza como um todo no hotel.

A área ao entorno estava em obras (julho/26), mas ainda assim pude chegar e sair sem problemas. Havia um buffet/jantar e pizza (sistema rodízio) por preço acessivel e apesar de opções simples supriu as expectativas.

O estacionamento me robou ao dizer que minha caminhonete era uma VAN, e nao uma caminhonete. Me cobrou mais caro.
