Épuisée par ce cauchemar insalubre, j'ai juste envie de pleurer de fatigue et de rentrer chez moi.

C'est de loin ma pire expérience hôtelière. Cet établissement est une escroquerie. J’avais réservé une chambre lumineuse avec un balcon d'après les photos, et on m'a mise dans un véritable placard sombre, sans aucune vraie fenêtre.

L'état de la chambre est tout simplement insalubre :
- Présence de moisissures sur les murs de la chambre et dans la salle de bain.
- Des taches suspectes sur tous les meubles.
- Un matelas à la propreté révoltante avec des traces d'urine bien visibles. Je n’ai donc tout simplement pas dormi de la nuit.
- Il n'y avait aucune eau chaude.

Le comportement du personnel a été inacceptable. Quand j'ai montré ma réservation pour prouver l'erreur, on m'a répondu avec mépris "c'est ça ou rien". En prime, le personnel a fait un bruit monstrueux en plein milieu de la nuit pendant près de 30 minutes, m'empêchant de dormir. Enfin, la navette aéroport annoncée sur Booking n'existe pas.

J'ai tout filmé et j'ai ouvert un litige auprès de Booking. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, gardez votre argent et allez ailleurs !

Des nuits pas du tout reposantes

La gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a reçu

Cons:

Le « parking » consiste à une rue à sens unique, tout le monde s’y gare. Très difficile d’en sortir.
Le « petit déjeuner » bien qu’ayant le mérite d’exister, reste très sommaire : 2 œufs au plat, trois morceaux de concombre et 2 morceaux de tomates avec un bout de fêta et des tranches de pain sans beurre ni confiture ou miel… Pas de café si on ne le demande pas, pas de jus de fruits non plus. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels lors de notre séjour et c’est le moins bon que nous avons eu.
Clients bruyants et pas de volets ou stores occultants. Ici on se lève avec le soleil !
