Room was very esteically pleasing, great location, within walking distance to hop on hop off bus stop and main attractio

Not impressed with complaint follow up expect more from this standard of hotel
Pros:

The location was good and the breakfast was decent it was a nice hotel but dark and layout felt strange

Cons:

On arriving back late after a concert and climbing into bed I then got up and popped a light back on and noticed my bed sheets were dirty. I did mention to the receptionist on check out and she was going to ask the manager to email me and I have never received anything so not impressed

Pros:

The hotel is located in the new building with the new finishings - modern, new, clean room with working AC (there was a heat in London during that time)

Pros:

The breakfast was quite good. The location is also good. The Big Ben and Westminister Abbey is close.

Cons:

Westminister Metro station is 15min walking distance. Returning to hotel may be tiring. There is an elevator problem in the hotel, you have to wait especially during the breakfast time. I had made special request for my two kids for twin rooms but they give us a queen room.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Clean. Efficient staff. Proximity to attractions and train stations

Cons:

The staff ended up giving me a wheel chair compatible room in order to keep our group on same floor. I appreciate this, however due to my back issue it was hard to use low clearance facilities

Centrally located London hotel that I am glad I wasn’t paying the bill.
Pros:

Location was great and so was the service at the front desk. Breakfast was also really good with lots of seating options.

Cons:

Elevator waiting time in the morning was disappointing. Also, we were under impressed with the room provided that was an accessible room. Not sure why we were given it.

Un RIU en el corazón de Londres
Pros:

Ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, la habitación no es muy grande pero el espacio está muy bien optimizado. Habitaciones bien aisladas del ruido, el desayuno está bien pero para ser un RIU es mejorable.

Cons:

Que no hubiese nada en la nevera del hotel, en un hotel de 4 * es raro ver eso. Cuando llegamos a la habitación la almohada olía un poco mal pero se resolvió en la primera limpieza de la habitación.
