Fui cobrada 2 vezes, e ninguém responde.
Pros:

Gosto muito do hotel, já fiquei varias vezes lá. Sempre bom atendimento, transfer pontual, restaurante bom.

Cons:

A diária foi debitada no meu cartão 2 vezes. Já enviei mensagem, pedi estorno, entrei em contato solicitando a devolução, porém, nenhuma resposta, nenhuma solução.

Diária cara, mas próximo ao GRU é uma das menores.
Pros:

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel quando tenho conexão internacional em GRU. Todavia, é só para dormir e utilizar o transfer (ida e volta do aeroporto). O atendimento do motorista do transporte é ótimo; o translado se inicia às 4 a.m.

Cons:

O café da manhã começa após 5h30. Ainda não consegui utilizá-lo.

O café da manhã foi tudo muito bom, bem variado, cama muito confortável

Cons:

A ducha não funcionou como deveria, o misturador não fazio o trabalho de mistura, além de não ter pressão. Ou era muito quente ou muito fria . Solicitei na recepção mas disse nao poderia fazer nada naquele momento, pois estava o sistema tudo normal, o que não estava.

Péssimo atendimento
Cons:

Cancelaram a reserva faltando algumas horas para o check-in alegando problemas no cartão. Como viajamos a trabalho estávamos usando cartão corporativo e já efetuamos a reserva neste hotel por não exigir pré-pagamento justamente para evitar esse tipo de inconveniente.

A recepcionista que nos atendeu foi extremamente grosseira e mau-educada e pouco disposta a resolver nosso problema. Tentamos efetuar uma reserva presencialmente no hotel na hora, mas ela alegou estarem sem disponibilidade de quartos, porém consultando no Booking quanto no próprio site do hotel havia disponibilidade de quartos. Mostramos essas evidências para a recepcionista e mesmo assim ela se recusava em nos auxiliar informando estarem sem disponibilidade de quartos.

Mesmo assim, efetuamos uma nova reserva pelo site do hotel, fora da plataforma Booking, e em 20 minutos depois fizemos o check-in normalmente com outro recepcionista que nos atendeu gentilmente.
