9
Multiple reviews explicitly note the hotel is very clean and well maintained.
Service
6
Mixed: several reports of efficient, helpful staff and punctual transfer service, but a severe booking/refusal incident and at least one slow check-in lowered sentiment.
Location
9
Frequently described as convenient for Guarulhos/airport transfers; one comment mentioned it felt a bit far, but overall proximity to the airport is a positive.
Room Quality
9
Guests commonly report large, comfortable rooms; a few minor notes (carpet) but overall room quality is praised.

Standard quality for this hotel tier
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent and complete (including specific gluten-friendly provisions); restaurant food noted as good.
Overall Experience

Malísima experiencia
Pros:

Muy normal.

Cons:
