La piscina! está muy bien la atención del personal también!!! La animadora de juegos y tiros al blanco con arco y flecha muy bien amable y organizada y super simpática bar música a la noche bien!! Personal limpieza bien amables!!!!

Lo primero cogi una noche con pensión completa y lo que no me gustó que no aya frigo bar con agua muchos hoteles te la obsequian a la llegada es importante por la noche tener agua fresca lo otro no pude tostar el pan ya que sólo vi un tostador Muy lento y antiguo y tampoco me gustó los zumos muy artificiales piña Naranja falto más variedad de helados no se quisas mucha gente!! Y no daba abasto la reposición pero el personal siempre atento y (trabajador) igualmente mucha variedad de comidas para repetir sin dudas!!!

La stanza e la vista che dà anche sulla piscina. La colazione avveniva in una grande sala con grande scelta anche se più orientato sul salato.

Cons:

Lo staff era un pò freddo quando facevo delle richieste. Come prima cosa hanno voluto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno al momento del check-in. Inoltre per poter usare un phon bisogna lasciare un deposito in contanti. L'accesso alla palestra era incluso ma puntualmente quando appoggiavo la carta per entrare la porta rimaneva bloccata. Ci sono tanti ascensori all'interno dell'hotel e sono molto sollecitati per questo a volte non soddisfano le richieste pervenute e io personalmente sono rimasto bloccato dentro e fortunatamente il personale della sicurezza è intervenuto poco dopo.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem 3-Sterne-Hotel eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel entspricht meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde.

Alles wirkte sehr alt und ungepflegt. Die Zimmertür war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und machte keinen sicheren bzw. gepflegten Eindruck. Nachts war es außerdem extrem laut. Man konnte jedes Geräusch auf dem Flur hören, sobald jemand vorbeiging.

Der Balkon war ebenfalls sehr dreckig und die vorhandenen Stühle waren alt und in einem schlechten Zustand.

Das Badezimmer war leider eine Katastrophe. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam sogar Wasser von der Decke – so etwas darf in einem Hotel einfach nicht passieren.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend und entsprach keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen.

Insgesamt machte das gesamte Hotel einen sehr heruntergekommenen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
