Location for exploring the town and surrounding areas was ideal. We didn’t have breakfasts but enjoyed a delicious lunch in the restaurant on our last day. The courtyard for evening drinks was perfect.

We got a very spacious top level apartment, fitted with a full kitchen, spacious living room and breakfast bar. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.
Parking around the area is near impossible. You have to pre-book parking down the road for a discounted price through the hotel link. And the set down parking in front of the hotel is limited to 2 spaces and were full all the time.
Room was better than photos on Booking.com and other review sites would have suggested. Check-in experience was great, with the receptionist giving some excellent advice on things to do in the city.
Few maintenance issues that I could have advised the hotel on checkout, but wasn't asked "how was your stay" or similar. Minor items for the hotel's attention - i.e. extremely noisy bathroom fan, very slow draining bathroom sink, room door was very difficult to open with keycard. Also, aircon unit was broken or disabled, so a tower fan was provided and the window was open on arrival - fine. However, the room remained quite warm. Noticed (too late into the stay) that the "open" window had another window behind it (very difficult to open), so there was no actual air coming from the outside. A very silly way for it to have been left.
Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shops sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu und sehr ansprechend möbliert. Da wir im 3. Stock gewohnt haben, hatten wir auch Aussicht auf den River Lee.
Da das Apartmenthaus keinen Lift hat, mussten wir unser Gepäck via Treppe in den 3. Stock tragen. Im Booking-Angebot ist dies nicht vermerkt. Das Hotel selber besitzt einen Lift.
Very good location. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the city center. Cask is a great cocktail bar.
The bathroom in our room was very small but it was adequate. It didn't affect us but twice I noticed other guests struggle with pulling their suitcases over the cobblestone that is between the street and the door to check in which is up a small side street.

El apartamento es fabuloso, tiene todas las comodidades, estuvimos en el de tres habitaciones y todas son dobles con camas super confortables . Tiene dos baños, cosa que agradecimos mucho.

Prices are erratic
The hotel is close to many good restaurants and shopping. The entrance to the hotel is through a side alley with a bustling restaurant and an attractive waterfall feature. The place has a nice ambiance and we spent more time there than we usually do in a hotel.
I think the guest room doors slam too loudly when they close. You can hear doors a floor away. A felt or rubber strip in the door jam is all they need.
This hotel is in a really beautiful old building on a grand old street in the middle of Cork City. The rooms are generous and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable I took a picture of the mattress label to see if I could get one for home!
The hotel has a lively bar, so rooms on the bar side are double glazed to make them less noisy but this stops any natural ventilation. I have also stayed in rooms at the other side and these are better but both times I have stayed it was very hot!
I stayed at Isaacs with my teenage daughter in a very smart twin room with comfortable (very comfortable) beds. We loved the location on Cork's bustling MacCurtain Street and went for a burger nearby. The fittings and furnishings of Isaacs are real quality - the building is lovely and the location is excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, they did some printing for me and everything.
We stayed in August and the room was hot and because the bar was directly below us the room was double glazed so we couldn't open the window. We could hear noise from the bar until quite late and had to rely on a fan to keep cool in the absence of windows.
Close to shopping, tour pickups and restaurants. Apartment style accommodations suited our extended stay in Cork.
Excellent location and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.
