Śniadanie smaczne, duży wybór, zamówiliśmy dania z karty z restauracji były bardzo smaczne i miła obsługa kelnerska. Parking wliczony w cenę i możliwość wymeldowania do 16 jak najbardziej na plus. Szybki proces wymeldowania obsluga bardzo mila i pomocna.

Room: very comfy and clean. Breakfast: 10/10 many options and delicious, Location: very well located in the city center, accessible to the Mall, shops and restaurants. Staff: very friendly and Polite.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Warsaw. I had made a reservation and arrived at the hotel as planned, only to be informed immediately upon reaching the reception desk that, due to a technical issue, the room I had requested was unavailable. I was instructed to stay in a completely different room that was entirely contrary to my original preferences, which I refused to accept.
I would also like to address the conduct of a male receptionist named Mateusz. He constantly looked down while speaking in an extremely quiet and mumbled manner, as though he lacked confidence in himself. On top of that, he did not offer a single apology for the technical problems or for the fact that the only rooms available did not meet my requirements. The hotel industry is a service-oriented business, and speaking to guests in such a low voice and displaying such a lack of confidence and professionalism when performing one's duties are simply unacceptable.
I have no intention of staying at a five-star hotel of such poor quality, nor do I wish to waste my valuable vacation time on such an experience. Therefore, I decided to cancel my reservation on the spot.
I also went to see the room I had originally booked, and I was extremely disappointed. The interior was very outdated, and there was an unpleasant, musty smell throughout the room and even in the bathroom, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.
The quality of the reception service and the standard of housekeeping were both nowhere near the minimum level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel. Frankly, these standards fell far below what should be considered acceptable for an establishment of this category.
The only positive aspect of this experience was the female member of the hotel's management team who became aware of the situation and kindly tried to resolve the issue.
