The Location was beautiful,The room was very spacious and clean no issues with any appliances as the AC was Superb.AJ and the Staff was very Professional.I was running late for my arrival I called and Spoke to Brenda and she assured me I would be fine and I was.So I highly recommend this hotel as it should be rated a 4.0 ….

Realmente nada.

Cons:

No limpian las habitaciones, encendimos el AC y comenzó a salir humo. Caminas en la habitación y terminas con las medias negras y llenas de pelos, se ve que no aspiran nunca las alfombras. El desayuno es regular pero el señor que atiende y cierra el desayuno no es nada amable. En general pésima experiencia. No recomendaría a un conocido llegar a este hotel

It was a quiet place good to rest.

Cons:

Everything was ok but except in the check in time it would be good if the staff let the guest know about the breakfast time, pool hours, etc. In this way, the guest feels truly welcomed upon arriving at the hotel.
