Excellent
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sultan. Everything was excellent from start to finish. There were plenty of activities available throughout the day for both adults and children. The hotel’s beachfront location with direct beach access was a big advantage and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The buffet offered a wide variety of food, with many options to choose from at every meal. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation.

L’enfer ! Très mauvais

Séjour extrêmement décevant à Le Sultan! À fuiiiiir!

Nous avons découvert des éléments compatibles avec la présence de punaises de lit sous le lit de notre bébé âgé de seulement 7 mois. J’ai également subi plusieurs piqûres pendant le séjour. La situation est particulièrement choquante et inquiétante lorsqu’on voyage avec un nourrisson.

Le lendemain matin, nous avons aussi constaté d’autres problèmes d’hygiène et trouvé un insecte mort depuis longtemps sur la vitre de la chambre. Des photos ont été prises et conservées.

Le niveau de propreté et de contrôle sanitaire constaté dans cet établissement est très décevant et ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement aux familles voyageant avec de jeunes enfants tant que de véritables mesures sanitaires ne seront pas mises en place.
