Cet hôtel ne respecte pas la législation du pays et semble considérer que son règlement interne est au-dessus de la loi.

J’ai réservé et payé deux chambres pour deux nuits. À aucun moment, ni sur Booking ni dans l’hôtel, il n’était indiqué que le burkini était interdit dans la piscine.

Pourtant, alors que je me baignais avec mon fils de 12 ans, le personnel m’a demandé de sortir de la piscine devant tous les clients, ce qui m’a profondément humiliée devant mon fils, ma mère et mon frère.

Cet incident m’a provoqué une grande anxiété et a complètement gâché mon séjour. Après cette humiliation, je me suis sentie observée et surveillée en permanence, aussi bien par le personnel que par les autres clients. Le personnel est même allé chercher une autre personne à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, qui est restée à m’observer jusqu’au moment où je suis remontée dans ma chambre.

Cette interdiction est discriminatoire et contraire à la législation en vigueur depuis juillet 2025, qui interdit aux établissements d’imposer ou d’interdire une tenue vestimentaire sans justification légale.

Je demande un remboursement intégral de mon séjour en raison de cette expérience inacceptable, de l’humiliation publique et du préjudice moral que j’ai subis.

Je joins également une capture d’écran extraite d’une vidéo prise par mon frère au moment des faits. On y voit clairement le personnel de l’hôtel venir me parler pour tenter de me convaincre de sortir de la piscine uniquement parce que je portais un burkini.

Pros:

Le personnel est attentif et serviable.

Cons:

C'est très bien d'avoir supprimer les bouteilles d'eau en plastique et de les avoir remplacer par des carafes mais le goût de l'eau n'est pas bon.
Et on ne sait pas où remplir quand c'est vide.
Cela nous a beaucoup déranger surtout par ses chaleurs.

Beach is a dissapointment and food.
Pros:

The room was modern, clean and the tv with channels. The pool is nice But the beach stairs and rocks is dangerous and this hotel to avoid for anyone wanting a beautiful beach. It does not exist. Only the pool is ok. The staff is fine but not the best. Early checkin is accepted 1 hour before.

Cons:

Wifi was not working . The food choice especially the desert is to review. Food is ok acceptable.
Important: the beach is too complicated with stairs. No safety for old people lot of dangerous stairs with the big rocks aside. Someone could literally fall and die by accident.

Had a fantastic time thank you for being so accommodating
Pros:

The staff were all really friendly, amazing restaurant staff.
The animation team esp HERO made the activities really fun, hero was so professional, fun and friendly.
The ocean spot was nice and chilled.
The hotel was friendly and peaceful.
Hero put down yoga mats in the gym which was great. Arabic class was so good.

Cons:

The food was good but sometimes options felt a bit limited.
