C'était vraiment nulle !
Cons:

Vraiment déçue cette fois-ci.
Ce n'est pas la première fois qu'on vient au Sultan, mais la 4eme puisqu'on a toujours adoré ! Mais cette fois-ci c'était vraiment pourri. Les chambres ne sont jamais propres et il y avait même des poux dans notre chambre. 1 seul homme de chambre pour tout l'étage, c'est vraiment grave ca. Le buffet n'est vraiment pas varié, les repas ne sont pas goûteux. Il n'y a jamais de place à la piscine ni à la plage. Ce n'est même pas un vrai all inclusive. Il faut payer pour avoir une boisson, mais c'est quoi cette folie ?? On n'a jamais vu ça ailleurs vraiment, très déçue je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds au sultan et je ne recommande à personne !!

* Rooms are decent overall
* Friendly and helpful reception staff
* Not too crowded!

Cons:

* The hotel allows external guests, and it sometimes feels like regular guests are prioritized over tourists, especially at the bars and restaurants.
* Some external guests drink heavily and occupy the bars for long periods, which can make the experience less enjoyable for hotel guests.
* Elevators are very old and potentially unsafe. If you have young children, be extra careful, the sensors don’t always seem to work properly.
* The room doors don’t feel very secure from the inside and can be easily opened by young children.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, belle plage.
Salle de sport neuve et fonctionnelle.
