Location, the room size is good, although the décor is outdated. The underground parking is a strong point, especially given the traffic restrictions in the city.
It is not a true four-star hotel. The property is outdated, the reception area is poor, and the breakfast is below expectations.
Nous étions en séminaire professionnel au Pont du Gard. L'emplacement correspondait à nos attentes puisque proche de la gare et du lieu de notre navette. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un souhait constant de répondre au mieux à nos besoins : sourire, réactivité et disponibilité caractérisent les employé.e.s de l'hôtel.
climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il régnait dans la chambre une odeur d'égout très désagréable. La douche est certes bien équipée en savon et shampoing (distributeurs fixés dans le mur) mais rien au niveau de la baignoire ; ce qui n'est pas très pratique ! La chasse d'eau des toilettes manque d'efficacité.
L'hôtel est très bien situé
Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé et un enfant en bas âge, et avons constaté en début de soirée que la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Après appel à la réception, nous apprenons que le problème est connu, mais apparemment personne n'a jugé bon de nous en avertir. On nous a proposé un ventilateur, mais sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des moustiques. 200€ pour une nuit affreuse. En guise d'excuse, on nous a indiqué que tout l'hôtel était concerné (comme si c'était mieux), et que l'on pouvait faire réclamation. Réclamation à laquelle nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse bien entendu, la direction ayant l'air de n'avoir aucune considération pour ses clients, ce qui se ressent côté personnel.
En plus de ce gros problème de confort de base pour un 4 étoiles et de mépris du client, on ne peut pas dire que le reste de l'établissement et des services soient à la hauteur : plinthes abîmées dans les chambres, propreté approximative, petit-déjeuner basique et peu fourni (plus de fruits en milieu de service par exemple), room service excessivement lent...

The personnel were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice
On a very hot day the air conditioning was not working. Room was very warm. When air con was switched on there was a bad smell in the room. Took until late in the evening to get a small air con unit so we could sleep. We were offered a other room but it would still have bern without air conditioning.

Pas de climatisation, 35 degrés dans la chambre, obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et la porte d’entrée de la chambre, dans l’espoir d’avoir une petit courant d’air…
L’annonce affiche un parking, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Il y a effectivement un parking à proximité, mais c’est une parking public. Résultat 20€ en plus.
