Las instalaciones Son un poco Viejas pero Cuidadas Las sillas del restaurante Para desayuno Muy viejas y mucha s Peladas por el uso en su respaldo .
sehr freundliches Personal
baufällig, schmutzig, in den Fluren und Zimmern miefige Teppiche, alles wie seit 40 Jahren nie mehr unterhalten worden. sehr einfaches Frühstück, kein Käse, furchtbar schlechter Kaffee.
Umgebung direkt vor dem Hotel schmutzig, stinkig - halt in etwa so wie Frankreich generell, total herunter gewirtschaftet. Bei Regen tropft es in den Fluren, etc. etc. - eine Frechheit für diesen Preis!!!
PS: ich bin auf einem Bauernhof gross geworden und nicht gerade zimperlich - aber das Grand Hotel ist leider nur sehr teuer und eine Zumutung, selbst für französische Ansprüche.
Location was excellent, cross the road and you are into old town.
The air-conditioning cooling could have been better. Bottled drinking water could have been provided each day. Though every time I asked for water, the reception staff were more than pleased to provide water.
Très bon hôtel avec accès depuis le parking. Nous avion une belle chambre avec une petite terrasse. Bien situé, proche d'une porte des remparts. La petite piscine et la terrasse sur le toit est un plus appréciable.

La meva habitació era molt amplia
Està vell, necessita moquetes noves, cortines noves i rentat de cara al mobles que són antiquats. Seria un 4 estrelles fa 25 anys que deuen ser els anys que té la moqueta.
Les vistes al jardí van ser en el meu cas a un terrat. I els únics mobles de plàstic de l’època de la moqueta estaven a la meva terrassa, a les demés eren tots nous
Pel que fa a l’informació del parking el personal que em va atendre a l’arribar me la va donar malament, em va dir que dos nits, 48 hores, serien 36 €, ho vaig trobar adequat i com que no es pot parar davant de l’hotel per deixar les maletes i ja estavem encarats al parking que em van dir, el varem deixar allà. PERO ES UN PARKING PÚBLIC, l’hotel no hi pinta res. Així que si no estas les 48 hores completes, a partir de les 24 hores a 18€, et cobren la resta a 1’80€ l’hora, amb lo qual la cosa s’encarieix bastant.Això m’ho va explicar desprès un senyor que estava a la recepció bastant tibat, l’altre que m’havia informat abans es va amagar al despatx. Un consell busqueu aplicacions de parking per Internet i us sortirà més barat. (Vull deixar constància de que parlo i entenc el francés o sigui que no va ser cap malentès )
