Cons:

Devam eden inşaatın gürültüsü çekilir gibi değil. Titreşimi içinizde hissediyorsunuz resmen. Personel de bezmiş sanırım; güleryüzlü birine rastlayamadık.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location; I absolutely love the city, the Albanian culture & people.
Pros:

We had a great time! The room was very spacious, clean, and the housekeeping team was polite and provided excellent service.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with very friendly and helpful waiters. The entire property, including the indoor and outdoor pools, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location is perfect for visiting the city center and the park.
My only complaint is that the construction and renovation noise made it difficult to sleep in late on some days. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Cons:

The only issue was the noise from the ongoing renovations and construction. It was quite disruptive on the mornings when I wanted to sleep in late. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Generally a nice stay but small changes could make it better.

Room very spacious after a complimentary upgrade
Outside Pool area very nice
Location good

Cons:

Breakfast very basic -not much choice.
Pillows very uncomfortable -lumpy or flat.
Coffee not refilled in room daily. Had to ask every day for more.
Rooms lighting very poor/dimly lit especially near wardrobe area.
No usb charging points
Work/renovation outside bedroom early in the morning - don’t upgrade room to one where work is going on outside.

śniadanie było typowo hotelowe, bez szaleństwa ale świeże i smaczne - jajka, sery, warzywa, owoce.
lokalizacja hotelu jest rewelacyjna, centrum, wszędzie blisko na piechotę. Ja musiałam dotrzeć na uczelnię i było blisko. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, czysto, położenie hotelu rewelacyjne, przy cudownym parku - raj dla biegaczy i sztucznym jeziorze, bardzo polecam
