Paid for 5 star but got dusty, noisy and a really basic breakfast. Literally felt robbed! Don’t waste your money on that

Was under construction, was really noisy from 08:00 and felt dirty everywhere. Was not able to visit the gym the spa the indoor and outdoor pool due to a private event.

Pros:

Excellent experience at Mak Albania Hotel! The hotel is elegant, very clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a great location in Tirana. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. A peaceful and welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Highly recommended and I would gladly stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay with great service and a perfect location.
Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s excellent location, with taxis conveniently available right outside. The property was very clean, and both the swimming pool and gym were excellent. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, who was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a bidet, which was inconvenient for me. Also, the housekeeping staff asked us three times when we would be checking out. On two occasions, they knocked on our door to ask when we would leave because they wanted to clean the room before we checked out. It made us feel a bit rushed and affected our privacy.

Invece di pensare alla facciata è meglio pensare alle camere, vecchie e sporche.
Penso di non ritornare piu…. E mi dispiace perché hanno distrutto un buon albergo ( il vecchio Sheraton)
