Gute Lage, aber Baustelle, überteuert und unfreundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war eine komplette Baustelle und stand in keinem Verhältnis zum völlig überhöhten Preis. Der Zustand war enttäuschend und entsprach keineswegs meinen Erwartungen. Besonders unangenehm war das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption, der aufgrund eines Missverständnisses, das er selbst verursacht hatte, ungehalten, unfreundlich und laut wurde. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und als Gast fühlt man sich dadurch nicht willkommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und ich kann diese Unterkunft aufgrund des schlechten Zustands, des überhöhten Preises und des unprofessionellen Umgangs mit Gästen nicht empfehlen.

Per fortuna alla reception abbiamo trovato una operatrice super gentile e paziente nello spiegare con calma ogni dettaglio. Il suo modo di fare dovrebbe essere un esempio per tanti operatori del settore che (purtroppo) non hanno pazienza con chi non parla la loro lingua.
Posizione molto buona per una visita breve come nel nostro caso.

Cons:

Colazione: una sola macchina da caffè self-service, c'era la coda per ottenere una bevanda. Oppure al bar con pagamento extra. Pochissima scelta dolce. Nulla senza glutine.La piscina è il motivo per cui ho scelto questo hotel: quella esterna aveva l'acqua gelida, quella interna aveva l'acqua quasi gelida, infatti solo due ospiti hanno osato fare due bracciate.
Struttura in parziale ristrutturazione, qualche disagio per gli ospiti. Tanti dettagli trascurati.

Perfect location, professional staff and excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location, one of the best in Tirana. Everything is close and easily accessible, while the area around the hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very professional, correct and respectful throughout our stay. Everything was handled properly and on time. A very well-managed hotel and a great experience overall.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

Ingresso e stanze belle ma sentono il peso degli anni, fose sono da rivedere, personale cordiale e prifessionale

Cons:

Area piscina interna quasi abbandonata, vasca sporca. Piscina esterna bella ma nessun cameriere, poco curata anche la piscina esterna, non degna di un hotel 5 stelle. Inoltre nel bagno della stanza sarebbe ora di rimuovere quella inutile e pericolosa vasca da bagno e installare una doccia. Cassaforte in stanza non funzionante.
