Cons:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During the night it started raining and the water literally came inside my room. The ceiling was leaking so badly that I couldn’t even sleep all night because of the constant dripping inside the room. The floor got wet and it was impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The parking situation was also a complete horror — stressful and extremely inconvenient. For the amount of money they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. Very disappointing experience and I would never stay here again.

Frukosten saknade kärlek och dåligt utbud, det motsvarar absolut inte ett fem stjärnigt hotell. Om skall ta betalt som ett fem stjärnigt hotell så måste även frukosten motsvara det. Städningen runt poolområdet är rena katastrofen, skräp överallt. Rummen är gamla och slitna

It wasn’t 5 star only thing that’s 5 star was the location, the staff had no clue about what’s going on both bell boys on two different days were terrible what is the point of them being there if they don’t can’t help with bags
