Beautiful hotel in a great location for visiting the sights of Tirana
Pros:

Great location and facilities - used both the outdoor pool and the gym during my stay. Room was very spacious and very clean.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction working ongoing around the hotel although the hotel did advise of this in advance. It didn’t have a negative impact on my stay there and I think the hotel will look great when it’s all finished.

Herseyi ile mukemmeldi. Upgrade rdildik araci park etmek icin ucretsiz vale hizmetleri vardi. Kahvalti cok fazla secenekliydi. Ozellikle havuzu cok keyifliydi. Toplantilarim icin surekli disarda oldugum icin ingilizce bilmeyen annem ve 4 yasindaki oglum oteldeydi oglen yemeklerini bile ozel olarak rica ettigim saatte odalarina gonderdiler. Herkes mukemmeldi.

Otelin bir kisminin insaat santiyesi gibi olmasi ve bunun kaldigimiz oda katindan gozuken kisminin korkutucu olmasini sevmedim en azindan insaat yapilan alanlar branda ile kapatilabilirdi

Un hotel recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable y el personal. Excepcional la cocina, desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

A la suite le faltan enchufes de electricidad en ambos lados de la cama, además de donde conecta la lámpara. Mejorar la electricidad en dormitorio para poder tener interruptor independiente al resto de la habitación al lado de la cama, o lámparas que funcionen independiente del resto y se pueda apagar la luz desde la cama a ambos lados
También instalaría una ducha, la bañera es altísima e incómoda para entrar y salir.
En cuanto a la piscina exterior, prohibir el cristal en instalación, es un peligro para estar descalzo., había cristales por suelo de tumbonas y hasta que se recogieron, pasó un buen rato.

Ні, не сподобалось

Cons:

Абсолютно полярна різниця між сучасним екстерʼєром та застарілим інтерʼєром. Інтерʼєр просто жахливий, потребує термінового ремонту та відновлення.
Сніданок жах. Жарені пережарені яйця, бекон, сосиски, відсутність овочей, я не знайшов окрім варених яєць нічого нормального. Карл, 5 зірок !!
До того ж всього, в будівлі відбувається ремонт, грохот перфоратора починається зранку. Відпочинку вдень гаплик.
Зрозуміло, що готель наче продано в групу Хайат, та наразі відбувається реновація або підготовка до продажу. Але ж неможна приймати гостей в стані ремонту!!

Bedbugs in the rooms!
Pros:

Very disappointing experience. During stay of our group, multiple guests reported bed bugs, and we provided the hotel management with photos and other evidence. (Photos and evidence) attached here also)
Despite being shown the evidence, management repeatedly denied that there was any problem and took no meaningful action to resolve the situation. Instead of addressing our concerns, they continued to insist that the hotel did not have bed bugs.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this is advertised as a 5-star hotel, yet the service and handling of a serious hygiene issue were far below what one would expect from a property of this category. A true 5-star hotel should take guest concerns seriously and act promptly to investigate and resolve them.
We found the management’s response unprofessional and concerning, especially given the seriousness of the issue. Future guests should be aware before settling in.
