дуже чисто, приємний персонал, проживанням задоволені

Cons:

розташування трошки незручне, бо довго добиратись до центру, але загалом готель знаходиться в спокійному і приємному районі, близько зупинка і через дві зупинки на автобусі є торговий центр.

Short on service
Pros:

Location was very close to metro station.
The breakfast was good. So was the service on the terrace.

Cons:

My towels were taken by housekeeping after I threw them on the floor on day 6. They were not replaced as I found out that night when I had to go down to reception to ask for new ones. I never received the extra hangers I requested. Extra pillows came after a few days. In the morning the lifts were overcrowded so you would have to take the stairs. I found the staff at reception unresponsive and not very welcoming.
