Camera bella, ma quando siamo entrati c'era puzza di sigaretta e chiedendo di cambiare non avevano disponibilità, ma non hanno fatto upgrade. Hotel molto grande, ci si può perdere. Fermata metro vicino. Zona tranquilla .Parcheggio hotel (23€). Staff molto disponibile. La colazione era ottima ed anche se avevamo molte persone, rimettevano sempre il cibo. Avevano aper tre sale grandi per la colazione. Vale la pena
Le signore delle pulizie lasciano un po' a desiderare, un giorno ci hanno dato 3 tappetini da doccia al posto degli asciugamani da viso e rientrando dopo mezzanotte non abbiamo potuto cambiarli.
Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Lage direkt an der U-Bahn, leckeres Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl

It was a bit noisy because there were some athletes staying over.
Napriek obrovskej návštevnosti hotela, veľmi dobre zvládnuté služby od checkinu, raňajok, bazéna až po odhlásenie. Boli sme veľmi spokojní s veľkosťou izieb, čistotou, klímou a raňajkami vo viacerych miestnostiach. Výťahy taktiež fungovali nadmieru. Blízko metra a pekné prostredie na prechádzku.
Chladnejšia voda v bazéne. Ale pre plavcov super.
It was clean, good beds, (though small rooms), fridge a plus, mostly friendly staff, location out of city center is a plus, breakfast was varied and constantly refilled, cleaned and tables emptied fast, it's really for many people at once staff does a great job! Dogs allowed in rooms not in restaurant, spacious lobby and garden though, parking in front although public not exclusive for hotel, w potholes. Lobby is big enough to disperse the never ending check-in/out stream of people, youth teams, bus tourists. Nice sitting areas for evening to chill, live music on Friday & Saturday.
Rooms are a bit on the small side (superior room 21m2) and closet is tiny w unpractical shelves. No coffee machine. The coffee machine in the mini market is undrinkable. Coffee at breakfast is good though. Parking cost 23€ p day (& it's open to public w double costs if not done through hotel,so don't pay via barrier as this is separate from hotel parking pay! It's very unclear and many misunderstandings happened but staff is at least patient as it happens all the time w guests. Huge amount of busses park there as well. The booked wellness area was partly broken (steam room unavailable for 5 days!!), sauna w butt naked uncovered mena men staring women down, unpleasant and inappropriate, so I left), pool actually nice although on the small side, but again full with staring men who have their women fully covered (incl face!!) elsewhere! It can get crowded w many people and. Noisy. No real relaxation possible. I couldn't make use of the booked wellness arrangement due to all this. I just got a sorry at checkout. No compensation. Ordered dog module for 13!€ p day and promised water bowl only came after 3 times notifying reception at 38C outside, luckily had our own dog water bowls! Nothing else for 13€ a day p dog, except super hard chewing stick unusable despite a full healthy set of teeth, no other extras like a pillow or poop bags offered. Air condition was rather insufficient and despite set on 18c it remained on 23,5! Windows could luckily be opened so fresh air possible at night though still very noisy as it's lots of traffic and hospital near by lots of sirens. Going breakfast super early (7-8am) could be tricky as literal bus loads of people want coffee at once not letting anyone in. But one can sit outside the breakfast area too. Cutlery is in the middle of the isle that one needs to queue in for eggs etc so just grabbing it is near impossible. Better put it at the bread counter or east access area.

De welness viel erg tegen.
We hadden een pakket van 4 uur per dag en het gaf de indruk dat je zowel een jacuzzi als mooie rustige sauna had.
Maar de foto's van de Sauna en jacuzzi waren prive.
De rust ruimte was erg rumoerig, de stoom ruimte was defect.
Het was dus best wel misleidend en geld niet waard.
Hotel a jeho vybavenie. Bazén sme si užili každý večer. Doprava do centra je super vďaka linke metra. Aj napriek veľkým horúčavám bol hotel príjemný s klimatizáciou.
Slabý prúd vody na izbe, v umývadle aj v sprche.
