Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe

The perfect hotel if you're looking to stay close to Disneyland. The rooms were great. The breakfast was great. Free shuttle to and from the park. A train station right around the corner. Bakeries and restaurants, a small grocery store, and a shopping center across the street if you need to pick up a few things.

Loved this hotel. Right across the street from Val d Europe. A very short walk from the RER station. Very clean and safe. Starbucks across the street by the entrance to the mall. There’s a huge grocery store in the lower level of the mall where we were able to get some pre made sandwiches and waters some fresh fruits ,too. Val d Europe is one stop away from Disneyland Paris. We used a Navigo pass for the week we were there cause the shuttle buses can get pretty crowded @ the end of the day and we wanted to follow our own schedule in going to the park and coming back. Plus we toured Paris on our own and the Navigo Pass was excellent in allowing us to navigate all around the five rails. We felt safe in the area , even coming back from Disney Village around midnight! Receptionists were very helpful and helped us with our Navigo Pass pictures cause the Photo Booth @ the station was out of service. If you’re coming from the states, just be warned that their elevators here are very small. With our luggage and backpacks it only fit the three of us. ( Travelled with husband and teen grandson) Overall , we had an excellent stay and will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Disneyland Paris again!

Sorry not a fan. Room was noisy (traffic), hot (no AC), uncomfortable mattress (old) whilst breakfast was chaotic (dirty tables) with poor choice.

We loved our stay here, great location rooms are clean and modern WiFi was fast and kept a teenager happy! Lovely staff and overall a good stay.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. The hotel could not do enough for us. The rooms were really comfortable and to a good standard. The location was amazing and free return shuttle buses running to Disneyland Paris from right outside the door (the journey was not much more than 5 minutes). Straight across the road is the Val D’Europe shopping centre (with a large supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants); to top it all off, there is also a designer outlet tagged onto the outside of the Mall (same owners as Bicester Village in the UK). The train station is also a really short walk with trains regularly going to Paris.

From the start till the end the hotel staff where amazing, always happy and helpful, the food was great (loved the breakfast), location to the huge shopping centre was a huge plus, 20 mins walk to Disney, shuttle bus was great. Will 100% come back.

Great hotel with very friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was very welcoming and everything was well organized. The location is perfect if you are planning to visit Disneyland Paris. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect for a trip to Disneyland and it is also very easy to take the train to Paris. Rooms are spotless and staff is very friendly.

Excellent stay at Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe - rooms were spacious and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location directly opposite the Val d'Europe mall (easy walkthrough to the La Vallee Village outlets) and the complimentary Disney shuttle was very much appreciate, especially after the fireworks at Disneyland Paris! Would definitely stay here again on future trips, hopefully soon!

The customer service is outstanding and feels like true white-glove service. The team was attentive even before our arrival, reaching out via WhatsApp and replying quickly to any questions, including details about the Disney shuttle schedule. They were also very kind and well-informed over the phone.

During our stay, my son bumped his nose and the staff immediately helped us with ice — their care and responsiveness made us feel right at home.

I also loved the complimentary water refill stations available on the floors and at reception — such a thoughtful touch.

We would absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend it to friends and clients.

I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland Paris as it's close and the shuttle service is excellent, although it does get busy after the main show in the evening has finished. But the service does continue later into the evening. The hotel is also ideally situated for the railway station into Paris and that's very convenient and takes about 30-40 minutes. The hotel itself is a lovely modern hotel, clean and tidy with good rooms and very polite staff.

Fabulous hotel. Cannot fault it from the super comfortable beds, very helpful staff, great breakfast and amazing evening meal.

Free shuttle bus to Disney and right next door to the shopping mall.

Honestly can’t fault it. Loved the WhatsApp feature where you can speak to the team when needed. We didn’t have coffee in our room replenished on one day but one simple WhatsApp and they sent some up.

This hotel really is amazing for so many different reasons, we stayed here for a one day Disneyland trip on Valentine’s Day and it truly was special.

The hotel is a short 1-2 minute walk to the mall, which has lots of different shops and a small arcade is there too! Also a short distance to the outlet if you wanted to do shopping.

We ventured out and got the train also which was also a 5 minute walk so the location is really amazing!

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the parks and they run every half an hour, (minus middle of the day, I believe it was between 11.30&5pm), this shuttle is so convenient as it’s a short 6-10 minute trip and stops right at the Disney gates.

The restaurants were very nice and hotel was clean and bright, even though it was busy everything ran smoothly from check in to check out.

Rooms were very spacious, we had a double room, and bathroom was very modern with hairdryer etc. Amenities are kept by reception but available on request.

Charging points were great as there was a USB-C connection on the wall, around 4, so if you forget your plug adapter you’ll be fine.

There isn’t room service so that is something to consider if you wanted a late night snack as there isn’t any shops open at 1am-ish. But it was still pleasant as there is free water on all floors.

A coffee machines were in the room also.

I will be staying here again when we return to Disneyland. It made everything so seamless and easy.

I have visited all of the Disney hotels and now most off the off site partner hotels. This hotel is lovely and staff really were very pleasant. Everything was clean and modern too.
It was easy to find and parking very secure and included in the price.
I only don’t rate it a 5 because of the lack of facilities available, eg a pool.
This wouldn’t stop me returning though and I haven’t yet decided on where I will be staying for my autumn trip this year, so it could well be this lovely hotel.

It was wonderful and we are very grateful for the great time. We would come back anytime and will recommend it to others.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disney. The close proximity to the mall (right across the road) was a big selling point for us as we were travelling with our 15 month old and needed to buy milk and snacks for our trip. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. bright and fresh. the beds were comfy and we were surprised to have a proper cot in the room instead of a travel pack and play that most hotels offer. Rooms are very quiet and come with a fridge. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The free shuttle to Disney was very convenient and we were surprised how quiet it was (we used it at 10am and 20.15). We would stay here again any time we visit Disney.
