The room we was in the a/c wasn't cooling. We had a miserable night. When I called @4 am, the lady at the front desk said to put the ac on 70 and the compressors should come on. But @5am the compressor never came on and she offered to move to another room, but I told her no because we were checking out by 10am. She also said that she had a fan and she would bring it up when she gets off. She did! The hallway felt cooler than our room!!!! When I went down to get the manager's name and corporate info. The man that was said things happened and maybe I should have stayed home. I asked for the manager's name and he refused to give it to me, he hesitated on giving me the 800 number. All around he made things worse!! Bad attitude and should not be at the front desk. I want a refund please

It was okay. But I could also hear the employees gossiping about us and that sucked.
