La habitación, muy cómoda y excelente vista. El área de la alberca muy grande.

Cons:

El único detalle es que el agua de la alberca estaba muy caliente, pero supongo es por el clima de la ciudad.

Que me dieron una habitación con vista al mar, y no podías ver nada puras palmas la ubicación habitación llena de palmas es la que nos dieron nunca pude tomar una foto ni ver al mar ni a ninguna parte pero pues como me dijeron que si reservo por fuera no me pueden dar nada bueno si reservo directo con el hotel me darán lo mejor 😢😢😢

Hotel viejo, sin agua y caro.
Pros:

El area de albercas fue lo mas rescatable.
tiene restaurante dentro del area de albercas.

Cons:

La regadera del cuarto no servia.
Nos cortaron el agua por mas de 4 horas 2 dias seguidos.
Te limitan usar tu hielera en el area de albercas, puedes ser multado con $800.
No hay suficientes palapas en el area de playa, y no te dejan usar tu propio toldo.

Es un hotel déspota y ya poco agradable en varias cosas, buffet pobre, no ahí máquina de hielos (creo merecemos tener una por qué barato no es) tienen nomás 2 hieleras en la parte del restaurante, mal abastecidas!!

I liked that the hotel was infront of the beach, and the pool area is amazing. Also there are security guards at night, felt very confortable and secure

Cons:

I did not like that I received a call in the morning from hotel Olaza San Carlos personel advising if not arrive at check in time, my reservation was in risk to be cancelled. I did the reservation a long time ago, that is very frustrating for me and my family.
The other thing I did not like is the bathroom ceiling collapsed , they had to move us to another room, the facilities are old and in need of renovation
