Pros:

Las albercas, pero no estan tan limpias

Cons:

No tuvimos agua en la habitación. Reparaban la situacion 2 veces x dia y siempre volvía el problema. Muy lentos en atender eso

buenas vistas al atardecer, falta de atencion en caso de emergencia (elevador deteriorado)

la vista estaba bien, lugares adecuados para niños

se fue la luz, y quedamos atrapados en el elevador y tardaron en atender la emergencia porque no encontraban la llave.

El acceso a la playa

Cons:

El dia que llegamos se nos informó que habría corte de luz de aproximadamente una hora la cual se prolongó mas de lo que se habia comentado, posteriormente durante la estancia el día jueves sin previo aviso hubo un apagón que duró un par de horas, quedando completamente a oscuras y sin aire acondicionado
También durante la estancia nunca se brindo limpieza a la habitación a pesar que se solicitó

Las albercas, la playa, el restaurante, la recepción y las instalaciones en General

Cons:

Hace falta remodelar o mejorar los baños y la habitación en general están anticuados. Y tiene el baño un poco de mal olor. Les falta mantenimiento.
