The restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:30 (closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on public holidays and during school vacations).

Room service is available to take away during the restaurant's opening hours.
Please note that a paying shuttle service is available between the hotel and CDG airport. The shuttle will be available every 30 minutes from 5am to 12am and from 5pm to 11.30pm.

Shuttle cost : 4 euros TTC by passenger from 3 years old and more. This amount must be paid via an application on board the shuttle.
The shuttle will be accessible from Roissypole, exit : hôtels by shuttle".

Pros:

Leuke speelhoek voor kinderen, mooie sportschool ruime kamer(suite).

Cons:

Kamer gedateerd, brand plekken in tafels stoffig. Personeel wisselend in restaurant weinig aandacht voor klant en meer voor zichzelf. Sommige wel goed, ontbijt personeel was bij heel netjes en behulpzaam voor kinderen. Restaurant pas zeven uur open lastig voor kinderen.

Ça aurait pu être bien
Pros:

Établissement ou bien situé. Parking. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Cons:

Le personnel du bar a un comportement totalement non professionnel, je dirais même que ça les ennuie de servir des clients. Par contre côté repas et petit déjeuner rien à redire.

Aceptable, solo me quede una noche para tomar mi vuelo.
Pros:

Habitación limpia, no utilice la piscina y el desayuno bien. Demasiada gente para mi gusto, pero entiendo que es un hotel de mucho transito debido a la cercania con el aeropuerto.

Cons:

Demasiada gente. No pude utilizar el servicio de transfer, utilice cuatro tarjetas tres visa y una Mastercard. Ninguna fue aceptada por el servicio de transfer. El Sr. de la recepción se declaro Imcompetente y me dijo que intentara hablar con uno de los choferes al día siguiente... Finalmente me tome un UBER por el mismo precio que ellos me ofrecian... mucho mejor.
Despúes de utiliar la CUARTA tarjeta, realmente tuve miedo que la aplicación fuera una forma de fishing... ya que pedía el codigo de seguridad... en todos los casos...

Novotel a perdu la qualité d'antan

Le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Les cafards dans la salle de restaurant.
Les réceptionnistes pas accueillant. Et apres de appels pour confirmer que l'on sera 3 dans la suite et bien a l'arrivée rien de noté.
Pas de restaurant un distributeur Food Market lol

Personnel accueillant et apporte l'aide lorsqu'elle est demandée. Les equipements et lieux à disposition (bar, restaurant, salle de sport, piscine) sont bien aussi.

Cons:

Lors de mon arrivée entre 16h-17h, lorsque je me suis présentée à l'accueil, je n'avais pas de chambre disponible. J'avais pourtant payé la chambre à l'avance. Le personnel a fait le nécessaire afin de me trouver une chambre dans l'heure qui a suivi. Booking n'est pas à jour sur les tarifs à régler à l'arrivée (taxe, dépôt de la garantie, ...).
