Kind and professional staff, comfy beds, and overall super clean. It was a great stay for my husband and I.

The location was great with excellent food close by and much more.

I stay here frequently and the entire hotel staff are all very friendly, one individual though really stands out and that is Silvia! She is an absolute gem and is always very attentive to my needs and has never not had a smile on her face…her personality certainly matches the hospitality environment.

Big kudos to The Courtyard for hiring Silvia and if you are lucky enough to interact with Silvia, your day will be better!

A hotel needs to do a few things right to be successful and a comfortable bed is one of them. I had a king room and the bed sloped down towards my head so my nose was stuffy all night long. Oh and don’t get me started on the sad excuse for pillows.The result was the worst sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I also wish that Marriott would go back to Paul Mitchell shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash or at least something that doesn’t smell like play dough. What is this 39° North or whatever it is? Smells like it’s from the 99¢ store. The guy who checked me in was nice but it was difficult to understand anything he said because he was wearing a mask. Complimentary coffee in the morning and a cookie tossed at me at check in was a nice touch. All in all courtyard is the reason I may switch to Hilton. The courtyards are tired and many are reminiscent of old motels of hwy 99 in movies from the 1989’s. Sometimes a courtyard is all that is available in a small town when traveling for work.

We lost power at home and needed sleep in this heat advisory. Lucky to get a room on a Saturday night in Summer as they were booked. Clean room and pleasant staff.

Everyone was nice and friendly and it was clean.

The atmosphere was amazing, the hotel was clean and the staff was great, especially Silvia. She took care of my best friend and I and helped us with all our accommodations. All while being hospitable, offering snacks and water. She was fabulous. Thank you!

We were checked in by Silvia who went above and beyond to make us feel at home . I am an Ambassador Marriott status and have traveled the world. I would say without hesitation that partnering with Silvia on our stay was one of the best experiences we have ever had. If all employees had her people skill set Marriott would raise the bar on customer satisfaction on the road . Thank you for all you did Silvia !

Great location and consistent with Courtyard Marriott high standards. Our room was immaculate, and the hotel was the wedding couples’ choice for their guests. The hotel had a little restaurant in the lobby for late night Buffalo wings and pizza, ans well ans, early morning coffee and breakfast treats. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing ! I have never been to a hotel where everyone smiles and was so friendly . The front desks guys were so welcoming. Special thanks to Sylvia who worked on my booking and made sure we were all on the same floor and had adjoining rooms . Thank you to everyone at The Courtyards Danbury . I will stay here again . 👍🏻😊
