Pros:

En fantastisk morgenbuffet med alt, hvad man kan forestille sig. En dejlig tilhørende beergarden. Et lækkert nyistandsat værelse. Udlevering af gratis busbilletter ved ankomsten, så det var let at komme til og fra centrum.

Cons:

Opredningen til voksen nr. 3 var en knap så god sovesofa med et dynebetræk med et tæppe i.
Dynen burde være magen til de øvrige 2 gode dyner tilhørende dobbeltsengen.

Pros:

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the stay the room had everything we needed. The lighting was good aswell.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was citchy and green. And the light fixtures werent on the wall. There were cables sticking out. The breakfast was good but there was a huge lack of vegan options. Felt like they only accommodate for meat and cheese eaters.

colazione molto varia, letto comodo, garage per biciclette.
fermata autobus per il centro città a pochi metri.
ricordatevi di chiedere alla reception il ticket gratuito per il bus.

In fase prenotazione avevo chiesto una camera per mezzogiorno visto che arrivavo in bicicletta, e avevamo solo mezza giornata per visitare Salisburgo, ma la mia richiesta non è stata soddisfatta purtroppo , ma la cosa più spiaceviole è che
non c'è stato nessun interessamento da parte della ragazza alla reception per un eventuale cambio camera, o per una richiesta di priorità per la nostra.
solo dopo ore una ragazza gentilissma Nicky si è interessata e visto che eravamo un po provati ci ha offerto un caffè per il disguido.
A 10 minuti alle 15.00 ,ora del loro check in, la cameriera doveva ancora fare tutte le camere del piano. vedendoci ci ha fatto la camera in fretta per poterci far entrare, ma ovviamente la pulizia ne ha risentito, la camera puzzava di chiuso e alcuni asciugamani erano sporchi. Non faccio una colpa a lei , ma visto il prezzo e la categoria, forse la Direzione dovrebbe prevedere un integrazione di personale se l'albergo è pieno.

Zona molto servita da tram che portano direttamente in centro l'albergo era pulito ordinato ed il personale cordiale

Cons:

La posizione non proprio ottimale di fronte proprio ad un cimitero, purtroppo noi italiani non abbiamo la stessa mentalità riguardo ad una vicinanza così stretta ad un cimitero.
Forse però un nostro tabù.

Personal sehr freundlich. Lage vom hotel war super für uns zur Durchreise.

Cons:

Das Zimmer müßte mal renoviert werden. Preise im Restaurant sind für meinen Geschmack sehr hoch.Die Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig

Personál byl milý, příště nicméně pojedeme jinam.
Pros:

Snídaně byla super.

Cons:

V pokoji nebyly blackouty, takže v pokoji bylo od brzkého rána světlo. Na chodbách visely dráty ze stropu. Výhled z hotelu znamenal na jedné straně hřbitov, na druhé klimatizaci. Hluk ze silnice. Koupelna zažila lepší časy.

Pros:

Salzburgban vagy annak környékén kerestem osztrákosabb szállást. A Hotel Hölle megfelelt eme igénynek. Utólag kiderült, hogy a hotel az egyik helyi temető mellett található. A hotel és környéke nyugodt, csendes, a közelben egy tó/fürdő is található. A belváros busszal (a hotel ingyen jegyet biztosít) könnyen megközelíthető.

A szoba szép, jól felszerelt volt. A fürdő modern, igényes. Egyedül talán a tolóajtós megoldás volt, ami nem annyira tetszett.

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt.

Az érkezéskor egyszeri 5%-os kedvezményt kap minden vendég a helyi étteremben fogyasztott ételekhez kapcsolódóan. Van házi sör és helyi különlegességek is.

Parkolni a hotel melletti zsákutcában ingyenesen lehet. De mélygarázsba is beállhat az ember, emlékeim szerint 15 EUR/éjért.
