Poor check-in experience and disappointing service.

We arrived tired after a long journey, but the check-in process turned into a frustrating experience. Our key card had been programmed for the wrong room, so it wouldn’t open the door. We repeatedly went back to reception to explain that the card was not working, but our concerns were not taken seriously, which resulted in us wasting around 30 minutes before the actual problem was identified.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Once we finally got into the room, we discovered that there was no electricity. Another 30 minutes were spent while a member of staff tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem before a technician eventually arrived and resolved it.

In total, it took more than an hour after our arrival before we were able to enter the room properly and rest. After a long trip, this level of service was extremely disappointing and left a very negative first impression.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber die Stadt ist super mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um sonst nutzbar sind, ist dies eine gute Alternative.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, Stadtnähe ist gegeben für alle Unternehmungen ! Gerne wieder !
Pros:

Das Zimmer sehr schön, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundich. Das Hotel ist in einer Sackgasse und ruhig gelegen. Teilweise wurde renoviert - der Frühstücksraum ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu - schöner, schattiger Gastgarten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war strassenseitig und leider in der Früh etwas laut

Pros:

Ruime kamer en net opgeknapt.
Diner in het restaurant was erg goed en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

In de beschrijving stond minibar met een fles water op de kamer maar hier doen ze niet meer aan.
De regendouche spoot ook water onder aan de slang uit zodat je meteen water op je krijgt wanneer je de kraan open doet.

Bauarbeiten gehen vorbei 😊 ich komme wieder! Das Essen schmeckt wunderbar, das Frühstück einfach grandios!
Pros:

Habe schon einige Male im Hotel Hölle übernachtet, d.h. mir gefällt es gut! Finde es gut, dass Teppiche durch Holz o.ä. ersetzt werden.

Cons:

Diesmal wurden gleich neben meinem Zimmer im 2. Stock bis 20:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, morgens um 6:30 Uhr ging es wieder los.

Frau Nina war sehr, sehr freundlich und bemüht um alle Gäste - vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage war für uns optimal.. in wenigen Minuten ist man mit den Öffis im Zentrum. Preis Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall!!
