Ground-floor rooms are subject to availability. Requests can be made in advance or upon arrival.

An airport shuttle or taxi service is available upon request from 07:00 to 19:00. All shuttle services outside these hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of GBP 22 per room, per trip, which includes a GBP 10 charge by Gatwick Airport. For two rooms booked together price will be discounted.

Hotel pick-up points at Gatwick Airport are STOP-9 in the south and STOP-12 in the north terminal. For additional people and luggage, alternative larger vans can be arranged at an additional cost.

Not to worry about anything when you are booked with White House. The property offers breakfast, transfers, parking, an Indian restaurant and bar, an all-day cafe, a luggage room for guests who arrive early, an ironing facility and laundry service.

Normal rates are charged one day prior to arrival using a credit card or debit card. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking.

For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Facilities are convenient and suitable for a longer layover but don't rely on a bagged breakfast.
Pros:

The building was a convenient walk away from Gatwick for backpackers through a charming wooded footpath. We also enjoyed exploring the local town on our extended layover, eating grocery store picnic in a beautiful nearby park. Check-in was easy and early, with a competent and friendly front desk member. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cons:

We were told that our included continental breakfast would be bagged up and left at the front desk during our extra-early checkout (to catch a flight) however it was not provided. We looked in several places (front desk, near the restaurant, near the mini fridge by the staircase) and gave up hungry. When I wrote an email expressing my disappointment, it did not get a response.

Great pre flight stay.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who did their utmost to meet our needs with a ground floor room and a breakfast bag for our early departure. We also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Very good value stay for our last night in the UK.

Pros:

Location was excellent for access to Gatwick. The weather was extremely hot and the curtains were drawn to keep the room cool when I arrived. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had quite a wide choice for a continental breakfast and was plentiful.

Pros:
