An airport shuttle or taxi service is available upon request from 07:00 to 19:00. All shuttle services outside these hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of GBP 22 per room, per trip, which includes a GBP 10 charge by Gatwick Airport. For two rooms booked together price will be discounted.

Hotel pick-up points at Gatwick Airport are STOP-9 in the south and STOP-12 in the north terminal. For additional people and luggage, alternative larger vans can be arranged at an additional cost.

Not to worry about anything when you are booked with White House. The property offers breakfast, transfers, parking, an Indian restaurant and bar, an all-day cafe, a luggage room for guests who arrive early, an ironing facility and laundry service.

Normal rates are charged one day prior to arrival using a credit card or debit card. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking.

For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Bien placé et bienveillant.
Pros:

Cet établissement proche de l'aéroport est agréable. Une navette ( payante ) nous a amenés à l'aéroport en 10 minutes max. L'accueil était bienveillant et la chambre très propre. Une bouilloire avec thé et café était à notre disposition dans la chambre.

Cons:

La nourriture était un peu relevée malgré qu'elle soit indiquée douce ... mais c'était très bon !!

A convenient location, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The provision of a fridge for storing our own food (we had just had a week of self-catering elsewhere). The breakfast was excellent; a good variety of foods to choose from.

Cons:

We stayed on two occasions recently and the second time found the mattress to be rather too soft for our liking. Also, we could not work out how to get BBC on the smart TV.

Good if you need a well priced place before or after a flight. Friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Location was great for north terminal of airport. I walked from the airport and it only took 20mins. But I did have to walk on the cycle path and cross the dual carriage way so i'd only recommend doing this if its late at night and quiet. Otherwise its 40 mins if you go the safer way.

Cons:

The bed was a bit lumpy. But for the price and location it was livable.

Pros:

Complimentary cookies and biscuits. Complimentary chocolates after dinner. Reasonably priced dinner which was tasty. Room was very presentable.

Pros:

Chef und Personal waren sehr freundlich und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück war umfang- und abwechslungsreich. Die Bahn nach Central London(40min) bzw. zum Flughafen Gatwick (5min) war fußläufig erreichbar. Tolles Pub 200m vom Bahnhof auf dem Weg zum Hotel. Für London hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es gibt vll auch noch größere. Als wir ankamen konnten wir das Wasser in der Dusche nicht aufdrehen, aber der Chef war sofort persönlich mit dem richtigen Werkzeug zur Sache. Das Mobiliar war etwas abgewohnt und dadurch wirkte es auch nicht so sauber.

If using Gatwick, would probably stay there again.
Pros:

First night room a bit small. 2nd stay room more roomy. Beds comfortable. Breakfst good. Nice to have a restaurant at the hotel

Would return
Pros:

Room had all I needed, bed, toilet, shower and tv and was comfortable and clean. A really good night's sleep considering the usual experience of airport vicinity hotels.

Cons:

There seemed to be an odour in the room that was similar to feet, maybe the previous guest had travelled far and left the odour because it wasn't noticeable next morning.
