Na jednu noc po cestě jinam dostatečné. Špínu ale neakceptuji nikdy.

Možnost vyplnění check in formuláře online.
I když se recepce pořádně nepodívala a u příjezdu po mně chtěla údaje vyplnit znovu fyzicky.

Cons:

Špína, nedostatečně uklizeno, obsluha recepce nebyla vlídná a zároveň nereagovala na moje informace, že nemáme snídani a ani si ji nechceme dokoupit, nakonec mi povídala o tom, v kolik snídaně jsou a kde. Absolutně neosobní přístup.

Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt aufgrund des unprofessionellen Verhaltens an der Rezeption sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiterin war respektlos und unfreundlich im Umgang mit mir. Als ich eine Cola bestellt habe, hat sie vor anderen Gästen lautstark „Rechnung, Hallo Hallo bezahlen !“ gerufen, was ich als unangemessen und peinlich empfunden habe.

Dabei hätte sie die Kosten problemlos auf das Zimmer buchen können oder mir die Möglichkeit geben können, das Getränk nach dem Konsum zu bezahlen. Stattdessen wurde ich vor anderen Gästen bloßgestellt. Ein respektvoller und kundenorientierter Umgang sieht anders aus.

Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ibis Hotel Hannover City
Pros:

Ich hatte dieses Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum “MusikZentrum” (fussläufig ca. 15 min) ausgewählt.
Das Hotel selbst ist auch mit den Öffis (und einem kleinen Fußmarsch) von Hauptbahnhof gut zu erreichen.
Die Größe des Zimmers und des Bades waren für meine Zwecke ausreichend.

Cons:

Ich hatte keine Beanstandungen, es war alles in Ordnung.
