Das alte renommierte Grandhotel ist in einem sehr bedenklichen Zustand und entspricht nicht dem fünf Sterne Anspruch höc

Natürlich ist die Auskunft in ihrem Hotel ausgezeichnet. Das Gebäude ist äußerlich auch sehr ansprechend allerdings Muss man feststellen, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Cons:

Der gesamte Eindruck bei dem Aufenthalt in Hotel ist für mich sehr negativ ausgefallen. Das Hotel hat fünf Sterne. Meines Erachtens müsste man diese Bewertung korrigieren auf höchstens drei Sterne, die Zimmer sind sehr mangelhaft ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus für den hohen Preis. Viel zu klein. jede Hundehütte für ein Bernardinum Hund ist größer. darüber hinaus sind die Zimmer in einem maroden Zustand. Auch die Service Ausrüstung der Zimmer entspricht nicht den fünf Sterne Anspruch keine Weingläser mangelhafte Ausstattung der Minibar zu wenig Kleiderbügel zu wenig Stauraum zur Unterbringung der eigenen Garderobe. Etc.

Гостиница не соответствует цене. Требуется общий ремонт. Персонал входит в номер без стука. А администрация, в качестве извинений, дарит печеньки). В общем это гостиница на 3 звезды. Сам больше туда не поеду. Возьму номер в соседней гостинице.

miły i życzliwy personel, ciekawe menu, muzyka na żywo w restauracji, dobre kosmetyki, doskonała lokalizacja, mimo wielu wad miejsce i obiekt są niepowtarzalne

podłogi nieprzyjazne bez dywanów, jedynie jakiś mikrus wystawał z niewielkim marginesem wokół łózka, bez wykładziny, stary choć dobrze utrzymany parkiet, brak prysznica w apartamencie - wanna z natryskiem, brak bidetu. Gniazdka przy łóżku kosztem oświetlenia. Zmiana pokoju (apartamentu) na (wyższy) apartament za horrendalna cenę. pomimo że jestem stałym klientem to kolejny raz zostałem ,,skrojony" w sposób w mojej ocenie nierynkowy i bezrefleksyjny, a to powoduje że postanowiłem już nie wracać do tego obiektu, chyba że ktoś się kiedyś zreflektuje. Ceny na booking lepsze niż w obiekcie może stad ta zmiana była tak kosztowna, lub jak twierdzi personel to już sezon i ceny sezonowe. W opisie oferty nie znalazłem czytelnej info czym różnią się pokoje na poszczególnych piętrach w tych samych kategoriach, a faktyczne różnice są duże, stąd była potrzeba zmiany pokoju, a kiedy zmiana pietra nie pomogła, wybrałem inną kategorię apartamentu na miejscu. Współczuję administracji, bo to zabytkowy obiekt, nie wystandaryzowane wnętrza i na pewno trudno się nim zarządza. Jednocześnie personel jest liczny i nastawiony na pomoc, więc widać że zapłacona cena trafia w jakieś, mam nadzieje, sensownej części do pracowników. Obsługa bez problemów uzupełnia wodę,, kapsułki do kawy i różne kąpielowe gadżety - to na plus.
