Everything in the spa had to be paid extra, making it useless if you’d already splurged on the hotel itself!

Excellent accommodations, and close to the ocean. little bit nestled in but seemed like a nice pocket of luxury

Disappointing and underwhelming. Certainly not a five star hotel experience.
Pros:

Hotel is well located from a vehicle driving perspective. Lots of on site free parking.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not function in original room assigned upon check in despite assurances provided by reception and valet staff. A room change was required after traveller insistence.
Clean coffee cups and drinking water were not provided by housekeeping staff and were only replenished after calls to reception.
There was no room hot water on day 3 (final day) of the stay, which was reported to reception but unresolved.

An unexpected surprise
Pros:

The hotel is relatively new. Our suite was beautiful, the gardens all around are beautiful.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly

Heel fijn hotel!
Pros:

We kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met privé zwembad!
Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, dichtbij het vliegveld.

Cons:

Enig nadeel is de ligging. Het ligt ongeveer 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum.
Wij hadden gelukkig een auto maar als je geen auto hebt dan moet je met de taxi of lopen.

Amazing. Perfect to relax. Very comfortable beds. Food was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant for dinner was amazing and not expensive. Staff so welcoming too.

Cons:

No real negatives, it is positioned on the beach but about 40 min walk to the old town. Need to drive into old town but parking can be challenging.

Lovely hotel at good value
Pros:

Modern upmarket hotel located on sea front although a bit out of town with very little in immediate area. Lovely rooms which are positioned separately from the communal areas (reception/restaurant/bar etc) across the spacious car park, which might be a little inconvenient if it's raining!
Decent breakfast with good hot selection and probably enough choice overall to satisfy everybody.

Cons:

Small pack of tea/coffee in room but no milk/creamer supplied. Whilst this appears to be quite common in Greece, it felt disappointing that a hotel of this calibre didn't provide.
