Slept ok but this is most definitely not a 4 star hotel!
Pros:

Parking was ok right outside the main door

Cons:

Carpet was thread bare and covered in stains, pillow covers stained, bedding cover and pillow cases falling apart, terrible smell in the bathroom, no tv remote so couldnt watch tv, no water to drink

Pros:

Ruime kamer met een aparte slaapkamer. De badkamer was schoon. Op het zicht was het netjes. De bedden sliepen heerlijk!!!

Cons:

Er lag veel stof op de hoofdbord van de bedden. We hebben met schoonmaakdoekjes alle stof verwijderd van alles wat niet op ooghoogte was.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my apartment was not working, although it was included in the booking, and the temperature reached around 32°C. I was referred to the fans provided in the apartment, with the suggestion that, as I had booked at a relatively low rate through Booking.com, this should be considered an adequate alternative.

I have experienced better service and value for money elsewhere in Bosnia, so unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. It is a real shame, as the hotel has considerable potential, but in my view this potential cannot be fully realised without a more professional approach to guest service.

No esperes cuatro estrellas.
Pros:

El desayuno no estaba mal del todo. Pero, por ejemplo, ¿un hotel de 4 estrellas que no tiene un triste zumo natural ni una opción de leche vegetal?

Cons:

La habitación la limpian cada tres días, así como hacer las camas. La ducha estaba rota ( el mando no se podía colgar, por lo que era inservible, por arriba salía mal y estaba realmente sucísima ( cabellos en el suelo y moho desde que la montaron; mira las fotos: todo lo negro que ves en los cromados es moho). Lo reclamé y no la arreglaron. La moqueta sucísima ¡¡¡SUCÍSIMA!!! (MIRA FOTOS) y con quemaduras de cigarrillo. Desconchones en las paredes de los pasillos. Llegamos media hora antes de las 11 y nos echaron con cajas destempladas (es cierto que la entrada era a las 11, pero vamos, esas formas...)La habitación tenía unas vistas excelentes, pero ni de casualidad esperéis la categoría de un 4 estrellas, exceptuando el tamaño de la habitación. No hay mesillas, el armario es para una sola persona, el personal se marcha de la recepción a fumar y no hay nadie, el inglés que hablan es muy mejorable, no hay servicio de habitaciones ni nada parecido...
