Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Pros:

Hallo ,ich war mit unserem Dackel angereist.Leider hatte ich das falsche Zimmer gewählt ,was mit Hund nicht benutzt werden darf. Schnell wurde einen andere Lösung gefunden und wir bekamen ein schönes Apartment.
Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort.

Pros:

Very nice apartment with a bathroom, a little kitchen, and a balcony. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and next to the park. You immediately feel welcome, and the apartment has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Parking is quite expensive because the parking fee is charged per day rather than by the hour.

The breakfast was average and not exceptional.

sehr gelungen.
Pros:

Lage zum Luisenplatz ist an sich sehr schön, allerdings gibt es dort häufig Events, wie in unserem Falle ein Afrika Festival. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Unser Palais Zimmer war wirklich schön und sehr groß. Wer allerdings etwas geräuschsensibel ist, sollte ein Zimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof buchen, dort herrscht himmlische Stille. Ausnahmslos sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Sehr pragmatische Lösung beim Ein- und Ausladen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
