Buen descanso!
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y el desyuno excelente!

Cons:

Sólo el primer día mi habitación tenía mucho ruido pero después me cambiaron a una habitación sin ruido en lo obsoluto y pude descansar al 100.

Amazing and unique value, worth preserving!

the beach is on the property, so is the pool and actually probably the beach is closer than the pool in some cases.

Cons:

One thing I have noticed over the years is a gradual change in the beach environment around the hotel. Since my first stay in 2017, there has been a significant increase in jet ski rentals, water activities, and party boats/yachts operating near the beach.

Unfortunately, this is starting to affect the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere and the natural beauty of the area, which was one of the things I particularly appreciated about this hotel. The same seems to be happening along the beaches around other hotels in the area, such as the InterContinental.

I understand that these services may be operated by third parties and are likely outside the hotel's control, so this is not intended as a criticism of the hotel itself. I simply hope that the area can preserve its natural character and peaceful atmosphere in the future.

A localização perto de praia tranquila foi ótima para minha filha de 5 anos.

A experiência no hotel foi seriamente prejudicada pelo atendimento do Sr. Russel do único restaurante.

Explicando: o problema começou quando um funcionário fechou o guarda-sol da minha mesa (deixando os das mesas ao lado abertos), o que atrapalhou nossa refeição. Ao solicitar que reabrissem, recusaram de forma inflexível.

No dia seguinte, ao tentar pedir minha refeição (paga à parte), o gerente do restaurante, Sr. Russell, foi extremamente rude, agressivo e desrespeitoso. Ele se recusou a nos atender a menos que mudássemos de lugar, demonstrando uma postura intimidadora e um comportamento de cunho machista por eu ser uma mulher sozinha acompanhada apenas da minha filha pequena — situação que jamais ocorreria na presença de um homem.

O episódio foi tão constrangedor e desagradável que saí chorando do local na frente de outros funcionários. A administração precisa tomar providências urgentes quanto à postura e ao treinamento do Sr. Russell.

We enjoyed the beach and our stay, had some good meals both at the hotel and in the vicinity.
Pros:

Beach was lovely, restaurant had a great location on the beach with good food. the room had a street view, quite basic but had all necessities; coffee maker, iron, guest amenities. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The shower door was leaking, very basic room.

Pros:

Hôtel parfait pour passer un week-end ou une semaine seul, en couple ou en famille. La plage est incroyable et sans algue et la piscine suffisamment grande pour pourvoir se baigner ou nager. Une belle découverte à Cancun. Je reviendrais sans hésiter
