This was by far the best staycation and I want to come back.
Pros:

The property was great. It was calm and quiet. The room was also very spacious. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great in that it's still on the hotel zone but away from the craziness. The food at the restaurant was also amazing.

Cons:

The TV's were not connected to the internet or there was an issue. Maintenance came out and they were able to fix the TV in the bedroom but the living room one never connected.

Value-price with direct access to gorgeous beach
Pros:

Beachscape Kin Ha is perfectly located near Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, right by the Nichupté Lagoon. The setting is truly stunning, with white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, very little sargassum, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, while still offering plenty of bars and restaurants serving excellent food nearby.

The hotel itself has a charming village-style concept and offers very good value for money in such a prime location. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated and could definitely benefit from renovation. The bathrooms are also quite small, and the pool area is rather simple compared to other resorts in Cancun.

That being said, if you are looking for an affordable stay with direct access to a gorgeous beach, in a relaxed and well-located environment, Beachscape Kin Ha is a great choice.

Cons:

It’s somewhat outdated and simple. No resort vibes but a direct access to a quiet and beautiful beach.

El personal muy atento; caminando 10min llegamos a Coco Bongo y la zona de bares.

Location was great, you can walk to pretty much anywhere. Breakfast was delicious, lunch was delicious too

Cons:

Wish we could’ve left breakfast with our food, I didn’t feel well one day and just wanted to eat in my room but I had to stay in the restaurant although I paid for inclusive breakfast. Lunch/ dinner was pretty pricey but we were able to walk elsewhere for food. Seats on the beach are not managed so finding a seat is pretty difficult with people holding chairs for hours.

Gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Die Lage in der Zona Hoteles, der Strand, die Anlage mit viel Grün, sehr schönen Villas, auch architektonisch (keine Klotzbauten wie in der Nachbarschaft).
Staff sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet ok. Bei uns nicht inklusive, preislich aber sehr attraktiv.

Cons:

Unsere Suite war “hintenraus” zur Straße gelegen und daher war es wegen des Verkehrs ziemlich laut. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass man bei der Buchung hätte angeben können, ob man View Richtung Meer / Park haben möchte. Aber das müsste man bei der Buchung einbauen, ist ein deutlicher Qualitätsunterschied! Die Suiten zum Meer / Park hin sind viel schöner gelegen und ruhiger.

Melhor hotel da zona hoteleira custo benefício !!!
Pros:

Amei tudo, café da manhã espetacular com vista para a piscina e mar. Água do mar surreal de limpa e calma, funcionários educados e simpáticos também muito prestativos. O lugar é muito bem cuidado.

Cons:

Não teve nada que não gostei lá. É perfeito !!!
