Boa localização, alto custo pelo serviço que entrega.
Cons:

Estrutura do restaurante apenas no café da manhã(muito bom por sinal).
Se precisar de comer algo, tem só um restaurante de praia, valores altos e serviço de atendimento mediano.

Purtroppo non ritornerei
Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, con piscina e spiaggia privata. Le ragazze alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili. Le stanze sono spaziose anche se il nostro balcone dava sul parcheggio

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza col signore della reception. La sera in cui siamo arrivate volevamo salutare per qualche minuto nostra cugina ma non le è stato permesso l’ingresso (il guardiano ha detto che sarebbe bastato chiamare la reception e dare il nome dell’ospite). Il signore alla reception ci ha detto che era troppo tardi per avere ospiti (22:00), ho chiesto se ci fosse un coprifuoco e mi ha detto di no. Quando ho chiesto se potesse comunque entrare, mi ha detto che ci sarebbe stato da pagare per lei come se fosse un ospite dell’hotel. Il giorno dopo ho chiesto al ristorante se potessi invitare due persone a cena ( ovviamente consumando e pagando per loro), lo staff del ristorante ha confermato ed è stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Una volta arrivati gli ospiti, lo stesso signore della reception ha fatto problemi per farli entrare e siamo dovuti andare in un ristorante fuori dall’hotel. Qualche giorno dopo il soggiorno mi sono accorta di aver lasciato i miei occhiali nella stanza, ho chiamato e mi ha risposto il solito signore dicendo annoiato che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo pochi minuti, mai più sentito. Ho richiamato l’hotel e una signora gentilissima gli ha cercati e non trovati. Ancora non mi spiego come siano spariti. L’hotel sarebbe stato perfetto se non fosse stato per l’esperienza pessima che abbiamo avuto con un solo membro dello staff, che purtroppo ha influenzato l’intero soggiorno.

Posizione sul mare molto bella, colazione abbondante e buona, personale gentile

Cons:

La struttura è carina ma le camere non sono bellissime e mancano di cura dei dettagli (dal bagno all’apertura della finestre).

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto, schneller check in. Schöner Pool und kurzer Weg zum Strand ohne Braunalgen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel! Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr unaufdringlich und gewährleistet trotzdem eine angenehme Raumtemperatur.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend im Beach Restaurant gegessen.
Die Qualität war befriedigend bei einem doch recht hohen Preis.

El suelo de la habitación se humedece enseguida y resbala un montón. Tienes que tener el aire conectado todo el rato para que esto no pase.

Not your best option
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the beach bar by the sea nice for relaxation.
15 mins walk to nightlife (but didn't feel safe to walk too late at night)

Cons:

Could not swim by the beach because of sargassum Ground floor room (not mentioned in while booking which was very misleading)
Lizard and cockroaches in the room
Smelly room because of humidity

Во всех отзывах все хвалят завтрак. Но завтрак довольно слабый, много мексиканской еды. Не впечатлил. Отель уставший, с морем не повезло, одни водоросли. Но при этом отличное расположение и хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

La salida a la playa es espectacular, el servicio de limpieza excelente.

Cons:

El personal muy amable, salvo el día que llegamos, muy agotados por el largo viaje, solicitamos prestado un cargador ya que son diferentes a los nuestros, para poder comunicarnos con nuestra familia y no nos presto la señora de recepción. Observamos que tenia dos, entonces nos pareció muy mal.

Nettes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ok, freundliches Personal, sehr tolles Frühstück!
Pros:

Nicht eine so grosse Anlage wie die anderen Hotels in Cancun, leckeres Frühstück, direkt am Strand und mit schönem Garten. Bewachter Parkplatz, Waschmaschine vorhanden (kostenpflichtig)

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice hat immer irgend etwas vergessen zu liefern, keine Handtücher oder kein Lappen. Die Reinigung sollte mal wieder ausschweifender gemacht werden. Bad und Böden waren ok, aber an den Wänden hätte es undefinierbare Spuren.

Excelente estadía en Cancún en zona hotelera.
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Instalaciones muy buenas. Con salida directa a la playa y servicios en la playa. Piscina amplia y muy agradable, grande. El desayuno fue tipo buffet, muy generoso, variado, muy bien atendido, recomiendo alojarse con el desayuno incluido. El Hotel es muy tranquilo. Tiene un restaurante con muy buena carta/menú con precios acordes a la zona. (no tan baratos, pero tampoco tan caros). Volvería sin duda a este hotel. Ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la playa.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Great Place to stay in Cancun
Pros:

I loved everything, the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the grounds, the staff.

Cons:

The children who scream constantly in the pool (not the hotel’s fault, but the parents’ fault.) Parents, please teach your children not to scream in public places unless it’s an emergency. Nobody wants to hear that!!
