Great for everything except two areas stayed below
Housekeeping is not as good as previous experience, but generally, they are still up to standard. The elevator is somehow slower than expected, and I have experienced one time waiting for 2 mins or more.
무엇보다 전망이 좋았습니다. 방 배정에 따라 남쪽과 북쪽 배정 랜덤이지만 이번에 북쪽을 배정받아 멀리 오타루까지 볼 수 있었습니다. 그리고 방의 청결도나 조식 식당이 가장 최상층이어서 전망이 좋았고, 음식 구성도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 그리고 당연한 얘기지만 기차역과 붙어있어 삿포로를 중심으로 다른 도시들로 이동하기에 최적의 위치입니다.
특별히 아쉬운건 없는데, 가성비가 좋다고 보기는 어려운 가격이기는 했습니다.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is conveniently located in JR Sapporo Station and there is a department store attached to it as well. There are many restaurants and shops within the vicinity.
The staff were amazing and special thanks to Mr. Kenichi Kusakabe who gave me a complimentary upgrade and gave me a huge room (my room was also upgraded the year prior) and he was super friendly. Another staff member was the short female employee at the concierge who went out of her way to explain how to get on the morning Chuo Bus to Noboribetsu. Overall, amazing staff and everyone spoke excellent English.
The room was new and had many facilities and there were universal outlets so you won’t need an adapter. There is also a chromecast.
The room service food was a bit pricey and not that good. (I had the Hokkaido Potato, Curry and Chicken Zangi)
I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it.

Closeness to the station
The room smelled of cigarette smoke in a very very intense way. My hair smelt of cigarette smoke even when I left the hotel
Our view was spectacular - we felt like we didn't need to leave our room to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever enjoyed - highly recommend getting the breakfast package. We were in food heaven with the seafood and Sapporo specialties. The service was kind and attentive.
WIsh the public bath was included for hotel guests and not an additional fee.
Location location location. It is so convenient as it is connected to the mall and station. Literally steps away from everything you need. Staff is so friendly and helpful always.
There was some major construction work around the property so it was hard to navigate the direction when we arrived in the area.
