Wow! Concierge customer service! :)
Pros:

Such wonderful assistance we received from the concierge team! I was looking for a particular hand-crafted item and the chief concierge eagerly took on the challenge of finding the item and even walked us ti the shops to help us locate them quickly. Later when I wanted to pack the purchased item, another concierge team-member, quickly started calls in search of packing materials and helped us get everything sorted! I thank them very much for such a remarkable level of assistance.

Our room was lovely with an astonishing view.

Cons:

Not real fond of a very busy breakfast buffet.

Great Location and Experience
Pros:

First time to this hotel on a brief visit to Sapporo. It is in an excellent location next to the train station with direct trains to the airport. The hotel was very clean with excellent service. The room was top quality with a comfortable bed and excellent views. They also have an awesome Japanese restaurant here where the food is supurb.
