L’accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme du personnel, le confort des chambres, la qualité des installations, le calme de l’établissement ainsi que le suivi attentif de l’équipe, notamment de Zouhair, qui a veillé à ce que mon séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions.

Cons:

À mon arrivée, la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai signalé le problème, et un technicien est intervenu très rapidement pour le résoudre. Le souci a été réglé efficacement, ce qui montre le sérieux et la réactivité de l’équipe.
