Check in staff were nice and polite.
how do you charge for wifi in this day and age? Shocking! You force us to join Hilton honors and then the wifi is still not fast or up to speed. It's shocking that a massive hotel chain has to charge for wifi when it is so readily available everywhere else for free. Poor!

Beautiful lobby, restaurant and grounds. Outdoor seating was perfect! Water and fire features. Staff outstanding. Food fabulous. Bottled water is free, WiFi free, nice pool and hot tub. Clean. Room had wonderful amenities and the fridge was on already as the ac. Only complaint was the mattress was too hard and I like a firm mattress. Highly recommend.

We arrived later than I planned but did get in the jacuzzi was happy to be able to enjoy that, glad it stayed open til 10pm

The hotel had no record of my reservation and had no rooms available. We had to scramble late at night to find another hotel, which was more expensive and in an area that wasn't as nice.

Very clean, all staff extremely helpful. Helped us with onward travel and arranged for us to store our luggage at a different Hilton for the day as we were visiting six flags.

Lo spazio ristorante è letteralmente nella hall dell'hotel, e in mezzo ai tavoli passa la gente che va e viene in piscina, non è il massimo.
