Pulizia degli ambienti comuni e della camera impeccabili. Il letto è i cuscini erano comodissimi e per me che ho problemi di cervicale importante è davvero difficile trovare un letto comodo che non mi provochi dolore. Colazione ottima, varia tra il dolce e il salato, alimenti sempre freschi e di ottima qualità. Lo staff davvero gentile, competente e disponibile : ho avuto necessità di far conservare dei ghiacciai per il trasporto refrigerato di un farmaco, me li hanno conservati in freezer fino alla partenza. Spa piccolina, ma molto confortevole e con un panorama top!!! Il compleanno dei miei 50 anni è stato fantastico con voi. Grazie.

Dålig lukt i allmänna utrymmen, framförallt i korridoren utanför hotellrummet men stundvis även inne i badrummet på rummet.
Även om hotellet var rent så kändes helheten väldigt omodern och känslan blev en aning ”sunkig”

Schönes Stadthotel mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, da alle für uns wichtigen Bereiche schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar waren. Besonders der angebotene Fahrradservice war für uns ein großer Vorteil und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich bereichert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet und bietet zudem einen schönen Ausblick, der zum Entspannen einlädt.

Auch das Bett hat uns positiv überrascht – unseres war sehr bequem und hat zu einem angenehmen Schlafkomfort beigetragen.

Lediglich der Preis erschien uns etwas hoch. Gleichzeitig können wir nachvollziehen, dass bei mehreren parallel stattfindenden Veranstaltungen und der damit verbundenen hohen Nachfrage eine entsprechende Preisgestaltung schwierig zu vermeiden ist.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur sehr lebhaften Bar „Gineria Illegale“ ist sicherlich attraktiv, wenn man das Nachtleben genießen möchte. Die Bar selbst wirkt sehr cool und einladend – allerdings nur, solange man selbst dort zu Gast ist. Für Übernachtungsgäste in der direkten Umgebung kann die Lautstärke jedoch eine Herausforderung sein. Offenbar besteht eine Genehmigung, bis 1 Uhr nachts Musik zu spielen. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig, und die Fensterisolierung war nicht ausreichend, sodass die Geräuschkulisse deutlich wahrnehmbar war und das Schlafen erschwert wurde.
Zusätzlich wurde die Ruhe im Spa-Bereich durch Gäste beeinträchtigt, die wiederholt und über längere Zeit telefonierten. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs ohnehin auf eine Stunde pro Tag und Gast begrenzt war und man in diesem Rahmen eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre erwarten würde.

An der Rezeption wurde unsere Anmerkung leider eher mit einem Lächeln aufgenommen und nicht ganz so ernst genommen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Uns wurde erklärt, dass es für einige Gäste offenbar dazugehört, sich auch im Spa-Bereich auszutauschen und zu telefonieren. Aus unserer Sicht hätte man hier jedoch stärker auf die gewünschte Ruhe und Entspannung im Spa-Bereich achten können.

Des Weiteren ist uns aufgefallen, dass Getränke in Glasbehältern am Pool serviert wurden. Dies empfanden wir als bedenklich, da Glas in einem Poolbereich ein erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt und bei einem Missgeschick zu Verletzungen führen kann.

Wunderschöne Suite im 4. Stock mit Meerblick. Sehr gute Betten, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück sehr gut, warme und kalte Speisen. Sogar ein Entsafter steht bereit. Jeden Abend von 19h bis 20h Happy hour mit kostenlosen Häppchen, nur Getränke zahlt man.

Wonderful week in Rimini
