A $35 daily fee is assessed to all reservations for destination amenities including complimentary morning coffee in the lobby, infused water in lobby throughout day, 2 water bottles daily upon request, wi-fi access, bicycles and helmets, games in the Sonoma Courtyard, outdoor heated pool and fitness center, complimentary wine tastings on Friday evenings and discounts to our wine partners. Cons:

Receptionist need to provide more information, if someone is checking in for the first time they need to know what this property offers. When we went for breakfast, our name was not in the list , not expected from a 4 star hotel. Staffs were not trained it seems

You have choices, this one is not impressive.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Hotel is old and dirty, staff are incompetent and not helpful. Pulled up to valet, was told the vallet was in training and had to get own cart, luggage and did it all with a broken foot while front desk staff just stood there watching. We read many negative comments and I believe it’s just hit or miss. I often saw staff doing their jobs while we were there, it just wasn’t our experience. For the cost, I would not return.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Not much at all.

Cons:

The agent at check in acted like he couldn't be bothered.
When calling the front desk, you immediately go to hold.
Restaurant only open for breakfast.
Room service never answered phone either.

Worth it!
Pros:

Easy access, great staff, nice property. Felt warm and inviting from the front doors. Bright, well lit everywhere. Easy to maneuver.

This is a sad Hyatt Regency Hotel in a beautiful part of the country
Pros:

After traveling all over the world and staying in Hyatt Regency Hotels all over, this one was the poorest I have ever been in. It needs a complete overhaul, new beds, new furniture, new safes, glasses instead of paper cups.
Complete lack of parking from Thursday evening to Monday morning.

Best Place in Santa Rosa
Pros:

Absolutely the best place to stay in Santa Rosa. Nice facility with great staff. Great pool area. You can hit many wineries via Uber which is probably a good choice.

Stayed here many times and will be back.

Great venue for family and friends
Pros:

We were part of a wedding party 13 in total who traveled to Sonoma. We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency. We all had a wonderful stay. A fantastic location and a really beautiful hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Bad Hyatt experience.
Pros:

"Room with a view" had just a tiny window, bathroom sink would not drain properly, parking lot was gravel/dust, no housekeeping service was provided.

No maid service
Pros:

No maid service at all. Won’t let me post this review either. I have to use a hundred words. Who wants to write a hundred words just to write a review. Are we back in high school. Can’t we just state the facts that service was poor or should I continue writing to state that there was absolutely no maid service.
