Overall, this was an excellent hotel. All the staff we encountered were helpful & seemed to be genuinely eager to please. First class recommendations for nearby restaurants & gondola ride. Also a complimentary private launch to Murano for our glassmaking experience. The Breakfast was really good - great choice of hot & cold food, although the quality of the orange juice left a little to be desired.
One little niggle - paper cups in the more than adequate bedroom seemed to be a poor choice for our morning tea/coffee.
We would have no hesitation staying there again.
Un très bel hôtel mais surtout le personnel de la réception jusqu'au petit déjeuner, très sympa, accueillant, et toujours avec le sourire et un bon conseil. Nous avons adoré le côté humain de l'hôtel.

La situation géographique à coté de la gare ferroviaire et des principales stations de vaporetto.Trés pratique pour se déplacer dans tout Venise et ses îles.
L’hôtel était calme, propre et le personnel trés sympathique et très réactif.
Un peu plus de variété et de qualité pour le petit déjeuner.
Notre chambre était spacieuse mais donnait sur une ruelle donc pas de vue et un peu sombre.
