Incroyable séjour dans un lieu magnifique
Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique, la décoration est incroyable, la vue de la piscine est à couper le souffle.
La literie est vraiment confortable, les chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

L’hôtel reste loin de Garcia, avec deux navettes seulement par jour.

Definitely not recommended
Pros:

I was expecting more from a wining award hotel as a service & response on very basic things .
The bathrooms has so many cracks & insect & I told them to cross check but nothing happened !!

Cons:

The staff are under qualified . There did many mistakes in the calculation, & I had to revise behind them more than twice !!!!

El emplazamiento.

Cons:

La habitación con piscina es correcta, pero el precio desorbitado en comparación con el resto de habitaciones, para el escaso upgrade que supone. Además, el hotel estuvo haciendo obras en la terraza de la lado, lo que no me parece acorde al precio que pagas.

Stunning location and facilities, would highly recommend (just be prepared to wait for your food)
Pros:

The hotel is genuinely stunning. The decor and ambience is beautifully done, light, airy and so much space and character. The rooms are to a very high standard, if you are looking for a view of the city and the Med, read the room description very clearly. The location is great, and would recommend the short walk to the theme park and the church. The pool area and terrace is great and it never felt crowded.

Cons:

The restaurant seemed to really struggle at breakfast an lunch. The staff gave the impression of being overwhelmed. We waited on average for 25-30minutes for food, which most times was the wrong order and was warm rather than hot. When it arrived it was good. The management didn't seem overly inspired to solve this, which for a five star hotel was a shame. Not a complaint, but the road up to the hotel from the city is twisty, if you suffer from motion sickness, sit in the front and I would advise using the local black and yellow cabs, the uber drivers really didn't like driving up and down there

We will definitely be back! Great service, great views, great rooms!
Pros:

A charming hotel with the best location on top of the Tibidabo mountain but only 20 mins to the city was perfect! Incredible views and so very peaceful. It felt like a retreat which is perfect after a day in busy Barcelona.

Cons:

We loved everything!
