Very budget hotel stay
Pros:

Stayed here for a night. The room was okay. I was confused why there was random plastic cutlery on our nightstand?? Maybe they forgot to clean it. The room was very dated, as was the bathroom...lots of mold around the shower. The woman who checked me in was so nice! The woman who checked me out could not have been more bothered I was interrupting her conversation with another colleague. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

It wasn't bad
Pros:

I booked this place kinda last minute for the night. They do offer airport pickup. When I arrived, I called them and they sent me a link to book the reservation. I did that and it was supposed to come at 8:10pm, it didn't show up until a little after 8:30. The guest service lady was good, I do wish they have a way to enter your phone number vs saying it out loud in front of ppl. When I opened the door to my room, I was met with a strong smell of mildew/musty. Then the door wouldn't close, I literally had to push really hard for it to close. I went in to take a shower and there was only a little bit of shower gel left, good thing I had my own. Overall, if you're only doing it for the night, it's not too bad.

Pros:

This place is terrible. Rooms had trash on the floors, sticky residue on tables, and pool was dirty. The front lobby had trash everywhere and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks . Staff were very rude. We waited 2 hours for an airport shuttle before we gave up and booked our own Uber. There are lots of great airport hotels.... skip this one!

Ok for quick xtay
Pros:

Booked for dayuse. Front desk lady very abruptly when letting people know checkin at 3pm. Witness that about 5 times. Hallway smelled like gas. Room had a strong mildew smell. We called the front desk to inquire about TV because it said no signal, was told to put it on channel 23. Inquired a out airport shuttle which is one of the reasons we booked here was told you have to put your name on the list. At our 2pm checkout we tried to put our name on the list and was told it only runs every hour. We ended up in an Uber

Buyer Beware!
Pros:

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! It's not because of the weren't nice. It's because of the location. It's because of the staff and policies that they don't tell you. Like how they charge $15 to park while you stay at the hotel. How they need a guarantee to secure your reservation otherwise if you don't show up before 6pm local time, your reservation will be canceled. Good luck finding parking. A woman was allowed to park her vehicle on property for 8 days while she went on a cruise. She just had to pay the fee. I don't care that it's Orlando. There's other places I could have looked into if I knew everything. Here's another, you'll receive automated messages from the hotel, that someone has approved, wanting your feedback or that Housekeeping will be in to clean every 3 days. The thing is that's not true. The first full day we're there, we come back to discover housekeeping was in the room. I've got a text from the hotel wanting to know how they're doing. I give them an answer and why. I pretty much got crickets! That falls on line with other reviews for this hotel. So as hotel staff and management that doesn't care. Dishonest information or even misinformation with a woman on staff that will tell you to stay elsewhere because she got her case jumped over the parking fees. All I know is Diamond and Platinum rewards members are treated differently and Choice International needs to raise their standards of excellence.

Skip the hotel
Pros:

No body wash or shampoo in the shower when we checked in and had to track down housekeeping in the hallway the next day to get them replaced. Breakfast wasn’t great/very minimal selections. Broken treadmill in fitness room and nothing to wipe down equipment. When we asked to have our room serviced the front desk said “no, you’re not on the list.” Whatever that means? So put us on the list?? We asked if we could at least get new towels but when we arrived back in the evening they had not replaced them. We’ve stayed at other Country Inns with no issues but do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Ok hotel for one night.
Pros:

Close to the airport. Their phones did not work so we could not call for a shuttle but fortunately a nice Southwest Airlines employee stopped a Hyatt bus for us to take as it is right next door to our hotel. Check in was easy. Room was on 4th floor and it was quiet. Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants like Dennys and TGIFridays. Best part of this hotel was the shuttle back to the airport. Nice young man was on time and handled our huge amount of baggage. Would recommend but probably would not stay here again.

Very smelly moldy rooms
Pros:

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel other guests should know before booking at this hotel. We checked into two rooms on the third floor both rooms smelled like musty urine. We asked to be moved to a different floor and the guest staff was very accommodating and nice. We were moved to the fourth floor again both rooms had a very strong smell of urine/mildew. It was 10 p.m. so we stayed. Everybody woke up with stuffy, noses, and headaches probably from the mold.

DON’T DO IT
Pros:

This place is a dump! Front desk lady was incredibly rude at check in and she appeared to be that way well before it was our turn in line. The floors were nasty, the “breakfast area” was minimal. The soda machine is where you get water from and it had black chunks or mold coming out of the spout. The room was extremely outdated and the floors were stained. Check out was a disaster. We scheduled the complimentary airport shuttle the night before and this place is so toxic that all of their drivers “called in sick” on a saturday. The front desk did arrange a complimentary Lyft for us but not before they were finished crap talking the shuttle drivers and then wanted to have an attitude with me because i had questions about the stay. So 0 ZERO stars is what i would give this place. Those photos are AI generated

Watch out for fleas in this OK hotel.
Pros:

I got a room with fleas and they moved me to a better room without fleas. Ok service and facilities otherwise.

Would not go back.
Pros:

Close to airport, close to walkable dinner restaurants. Free airport shuttle.

Cons:

Rooms and hotel are outdated. The bathtub in room had soap scum around the rim. Hair in shower area. Room smelled very musky, carpets are gross.

Better Options in the Area
Pros:

The property was conventionally located.

Cons:

This property needs major updates. Carpet in room was old and stained. Stains on couch pillows and overall not very clean. The two women who worked the front desk were not helpful at all. Both very crabby!

Considering the price, I would probably choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel. There is a nice park behind it that is very walkable, and it’s also within walking distance of several restaurants. The swimming pool was decent as well. The shuttle service was very fast and efficient when picking us up from and taking us to the airport.

Cons:

On the negative side, we did not have hand soap in our bathroom, which was inconvenient. The room keys malfunctioned several times, and we had to go to the front desk repeatedly to have them reactivated.

Additionally, the front desk staff on the first day were not very friendly. Another downside was the breakfast schedule during the holidays—it starts at 7:00 a.m., so we were unable to have breakfast before leaving for the airport.

Pros:
