Almost everything. It was a stunning location and the food, facilities and entertainment were exceptional. We will absolutely be staying again. We fell in love with the place.
The housekeepers had left an expired sandwhich from previous guests in the fridge in the room, and it was obvious they hadn't vacuumed in the room prior to or during our stay. When checking in, the young lady on reception (Precious) really didn't show the hotel in a good light, she couldn't have looked less happy to be there. The lady that was on the following day was exceptional. Apart from those small things, this was an outstanding experience.

The setup is very confusing and muddled. The food is very poor. The room was very disappointing in comparison to the property itself
It was a lovely hotel, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was lovely, room was very clean
23rd July when we arrived the guy on the south wing reception was not very helpful , we wanted to book for a meal in the evening and he really didn't want to book it , he wanted us to use the QR code to make an account which I really didn't want to do , my technical skills are not very up to date, but after he did help but his tone and patients were very unsettling , we ended up telling him that we would sort it ourselves as he was getting impatient when we asked what was served in the different restaurants, we felt we were a nuisance, we did work it out eventually and the meal was very nice

Bed was very poor, huge ridge in the middle due to cheap quality type they have of which meant I slept on the floor ... well "slept" Pillows I dont think can be classified as pillows a brick would have been tolerated better

There was nothing I didn't like
Piro reizi man ir tik pretējas sajūtas par kādu viesnīcu. Pati viesnīca ir skaista. Lieliska ēka, ļoti skaista apkārtne. ļoti skaists interjers.
Ir sajūta, ka viesnīcas darbiniekiem galvenais uzdevums ir pildīt viņu pašu noteikumus. Un tie ir sarežģīti, un nevienam nesaprotami. Piemēram tas, ka velo noma ir pieejama tikai pl. 11 un pl.15. Un Viss. Citos laikos nevar, jo tādi ir noteikumi. Turklāt uz visu viesnīcu ir tikai 4 e-bike. Arī pārējās aktivitātes ir tikai 1 stundu kaut kādā dienā. Baseina max dziļums ir 1.2m!!! Viens no numuriem nebija satīrīts. Atvainojās, iedeva 15£ depozītu, un teica, ka būs pēc 40 min. Pēc stundas vēl nekas nebija. Atkal atvainojās, un iedeva 10£ depozītu.
The choice of restaurants, also choice of food and that certain dishes plus tea and coffee was served
Entertainment was very good with a choice of 3 places to watch different acts, nice places to sit during the day for coffee etc games and sports equipment provided
The snooker room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages very dusty also lots of rubbish in there
