Maybe the best option in town but not worth the price
Pros:

The location was excellent and it's a charming building.

Cons:

The decor is tired, the public rooms were over-air-conditioned, and no one was at the front desk when it was time to leave, even though we explicitly told the desk at check-in that we needed to leave at 5 am. We called down to get our car from the valet (no answer) and then came downstairs to get help but no one was there for the 10 minutes we waited. We eventually were forced to rummage through the front desk looking for our car keys and ultimately found them in the bellhop's closet, which was unlocked and had all of the valet-parked car keys hanging on a wall.

Relaxing, visually pleased, & felt well taken care of.
Pros:

We are three meals during our stay & also did a tea tasting. Everything & everyone exceeded my expectations. Beautiful flowers, clean facilities, delicious food, what more can I ask for….

Amazing hotel in prime location in NOTL. Hotel itself is beautiful and our room was very stylish. Staff exceptional and nothing seemed to be an issue! One of the most amazing hotels we have stayed in!

Just frightfully gorgeous!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So attentive.
The rooms are really comfortable and make you feel at home.

Cons:

Bathroom could have used more attention. Thick dust around unused amenities like the tissue holder. That genuinely is my only gripe. If I didn’t have a family and a life to get back to in England I’d be moving in!
