We had an overall great experience !
The open door to the street & hotel near room 275
Location is excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was amazing.
We stayed in room 213. Our room window was facing some HVAC units at the back of the building. These units were making quite a bit of noise when they were working.
Location, staff was very good. Loved the lounge. Parking was great as well.
No view. The height of the bed proved to be problematic for my wife because of her physical limitations. Went down and talked to the staff to figure out a solution and a solution was found. Excellent thinking.
Centrally located for easy walking to downtown district. Directly across from a lovely park Valet parking at the front entrance to aid in ease of park. The Noble restaurant was superb !
No place to dock your devices / but used the electrical outlets No hairdryer
Loved everything. From the staff to the accommodations all was top notch. I could have stayed in that bed for a week. Food was excellent and the service was excellent.
There was nothing to dislike during my stay and would love to come again
Great location and nice lobby
Room was dated and many stains on walls and carpet. In addition the AC was not working or our tv. Staff were able to fix tv but not the ac
Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of NOTL. Has pool, hot tab, on-site parking, and a restaurant. Rooms were very spacious and well-decorated. We enjoyed our stay a lot
Not friendly
Not for dis capacity person
Bad
Never come back again
Fireplace was spectacular. Furniture while beautiful antiques, desperately needed repair. Was nice to be able to walk everywhere. The location of the hotel was perfect. Everyone was nice and helpful for any request.
Bathroom had severe mold. Room was very small for a deluxe. Room was on the main floor right off central walkways, outside noise was loud.
My Aunt & I went to Prince of whales for massages and to spend time using the hot tub pool & sauna . Then to have lunch at the restaurant .
My massage was one of the worst I’ve had . The room was cool & the bed seemed to be a portable massage bed . Hard & uncomfortable (I go regularly )
From our massages we went down to the pool area to find out the hot tub & sauna were not working . I had called that morning to make sure we could use the pool area as we planned on spending the afternoon.
We go get changed & pay . So I ask the woman about everything being worked on she said they were waiting on parts for the repairs. They’ve been out for a couple days . Someone should have mentioned that when I called that morning .
No one seemed to care how this affected our day. Disappointing experience
To pay double of what you normally pay for a massage for the spa experience & not get the experience .
Maybe staffed could have suggested using the amenities at one of the other vintages hotels ? Just a thought
The hotel is gorgeous, meticulous and charming, but the high level of Guest Service really stands out and is worth recognizing. The Front Desk Staff & Spa staff honor a tradition of graciousness that's almost a lost art. The details matter here and the associates truly raise the bar on honoring the Guest Experience. Chloe and Janine make you feel quite special when you check-in. The Porters, Jason & Jake are true gentlemen, and fast too! Tatiana in the spa goes out of her way to accommodate your wishes for booking a service. Hands down, Prince of Wales is our first choice of where to stay when we're in Southern Ontario. Bravo!
Personal, cama, ubicación excelente
Everything, the staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for parking the car and exploring the town on foot. The room was excellent and clean.
I absolutely love this hotel. We had a wonderful high tea and the lounge is so cozy and the food is delicious. However, my husband surprised me when we were leaving Niagara Falls and said we would be staying one night at the Prince of Wales. I was so excited. When I asked how much it was to stay there he said I really wouldn’t want to know because it was so expensive. My husband paid in excess of $600 for the night. The room was very pretty however, when I entered the bathroom, I was very surprised to see the disrepair. Attached are pictures and for the price that we paid this is totally unacceptable.
