Beautiful vintage hotel
Pros:

The location was central to everything the atmosphere was calm and refined. We felt welcomed and valued. Our room was comfortable and clean. It all the amenities we required. It is higher end in cost but the experience was worth it. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind, welcoming and attentive to our needs.

This is now my "go to" spot! 5 stays now.
Pros:

Peace and quiet, lots of alcohol if your want it.

Cons:

Streets roll up pretty early. Not much for late night parties. This is a town thing, not hotel. Hotel bar is open til 1 think.

Worth every penny - beautiful hotel with first class treatment
Pros:

This is a stunning hotel and an amazing experience! It's right in the middle of Niagara-on-the-Lake, which is about as charming a town as you can imagine. The interior of the hotel is truly beautiful, especially the indoor pool and lobby. We had a day when it rained all day, and we didn't even care. We used the spa, swam in the pool, ate dinner at the hotel, and finished with drinks in the bar. Everything is beautiful and first class!!

Lovely experience
Pros:

I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary, and the accommodation was fantastic. The room was spacious and lovely, and to my surprise, they gifted me a greeting card and a bottle of wine. They also provided complimentary fresh fruit and bottled water. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it an ideal spot for a vacation in Niagara on the lake.

Enjoyed NOTL but would most likely stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Location is excellent. History is notable.

Cons:

Needs to be refurbished. The carpets are old, the water leaked from the sink, the door into the room stuck, the air conditioner was loud and blew off and on.

Phenomenal Hotel and Staff
Pros:

This superb hotel provided us with so much excellent service and a beautiful room that I must sing its praises. From the perfect location in NOTL town center to the gorgeous flowers inside and out the staff bent over backwards to assure us of the perfect stay. This hotel is world class on every level. When considering a stay in this stunningly beautiful area of Canada I suggest you run and not walk when booking your reservation. We also loved the breakfast and the top notch serving team. We will return again in a heartbeat!
