Cons:

The room was poorly renovated (mold) and not clean when we arrived. There were questionable stains on the couch, floor and even wall decor.. There were bugs everywhere, we ended up sleeping with the lights on. The warm breakfast was the bare minimum. Location was sketchy. One of the side doors was broken and when reported to staff they suggested to prop it open; not safe. There is no fenced dog area as advertised. Definitely not a good value. Doggie welcome bag, popcorn, cookies, all nice touches, but I’d rather have a clean room and bed.

Great service recovery

The hotel is nice, minus the desk clerk being rude.
Cons:

We had a room
where the commode would not flush. The desk clerk offered a plunger instead of trying to fix the problem. She was rude.
