Parfait pour visiter Parme sur 2 jours et être au calme!

La piscine et le restaurant sont très bien. Literie au top. Le personnel est très prévenant et réactif. Nous avons eu un souci d'invasion de fourmis a 22h30 et c'était réglé en 30 minutes! nous aurions même pu changer directement de chambre au besoin.

Cons:

L'hotel semble en milieu de rénovation, notre salle de bain était vétuste et pas vraiment adaptée à une famille. La chasse d'eau fonctionnait mal et la baignoire était très ancienne et beaucoup trop haute pour que des enfants puissent y entrer et en sortir seuls sans danger. Tout le reste de la chambre était rénové.

La Clim ç est mise à couler en pleine nuit, la moquette etait trempé. Nous avons dû changer de chambre. Dans la nouvelle chambre impossible de prendre un bain le système etait cassé, les sols paraissaient sale et les draps loin d etre blanc et propres.
La piscine était froide, le jacuzzi n est qu une pataugeoire..
bref hyper déçue …
J ai tout de même obtenu un geste commerciale pour la note du restaurant, mais cela n enlève pas les mésaventures du séjour :(

Optimal für Zwischenstopp bei Weiterreise, grosser Parkplatz
Pros:

Sehr grosses Zimmer, alles sauber, im TV sind auch Sky-Sport Kanälen zu sehen.
Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Not good value for money
Pros:

Location was good, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was working really well; they also added an extra fan for the adjacent room.

Cons:

It was full of bugs, we had to kill 3 crickets in n out room and there were some bug gs sneaking in our room from the bottom of the door, so we had to use some towels in order to block them out. Facility was old and the bath tub was horrible. The room was dusty, the sink was blocked and water wouldn’t go down, disgusting. The price was truly high for the service and quality. Very disappointed that the staff was not really helpful.

Voor ons 1 malig als overnachtingshotel
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel, ontbijt en avondeten was goed

Cons:

Hotel verouderd, kamers gehorig we konden de buren gewoon horen die normale toon praten. Douchen in een verouderd bubbelbad
Zwembad erg klein en vies water
Bed voor onze oudste zoon zeer slecht en niet te doen
