Very disappointing will not be returning to ocean reef resort
Pros:

Nicky at the desk was AWESOME a true professional at her job.

Cons:

Arrived at the room to find fake eyelashes in the bed and bathroom.Sliding glass door to balcony was unable to lock with broken chairs that were unusable.Instead of manager sending up housekeeping. She went home. Nicky at the desk went into action and sent housekeeping after the fourth time down to the desk. Then my car was damaged in the parking lot, which nothing was done about.

It was very clean and staff was very clean

Cons:

There wasn’t too many dishes in the rooms . Also I wasn’t given the right size room a when I contacted booking they told me to call the hotel when I contacted the hotel they say contact booking and no one could help me I was stuck I. A small ass room with a big family very uncomfortable.

Pros:

I like my suit with appliances. It is very convenient for a family vacation.

Cons:

The liquid detergent is cheap, ít did wash away grease.

I probably will not book there again, sadly.

The location.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Parking. Not terrible, but it’s across the street and not enough spots.

Website stated newly renovated - it was not. Room and bathroom look different from pictures. False advertising.

Bathroom floor was dirty. I spilled some water and when I wiped it up, the towel was black from dirt.

Had a great time. Went to Myrtle Beach just to get away from here for a while.
Pros:

I liked that we were able to eat breakfast at the facility, able to swim in the afternoon and hotels, not far from places to go to eat
