Great location with beautiful views but the room accommodations in the north tower were not fit to enjoy our stay. Worn

The pools and bar were nice. And the access to the beach with really nice beach views.

Cons:

The room was terrible. Wall sockets not working, furniture peeling and worn. Lights flickering in bathroom, refrigerator had brown rust spots on exterior and the interior light was hanging. The legs on kitchen table was loose and the sink faucet was very loose.

So much fun, we loved it and will be coming back.
Pros:

We loved our room and the hotel's location. The pool was so much fun, and the bartenders were fantastic. My only suggestion would be to have the DJ stay later than 4:00 p.m. and continue into the evening hours.

The beach access was excellent—just a few short steps away—and the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially housekeeping, who were always prompt, friendly, and did a great job keeping our room clean.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and had the perfect ocean view. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant. Another bonus was the extra parking across the street. Since the parking garage was often full, we actually preferred the convenience of parking across the street.

Checkout was quick and easy, and overall, everything was perfect for us. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back next year!

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. Our only suggestion would be to have the DJ stay longer at the pool, as the crowd was really enjoying the music and the atmosphere. The DJ was definitely a hit and helped create a fun experience.

The only minor issue we noticed was that our toilet had an odor each day. We mentioned it to the staff, and while it wasn't a major inconvenience or something that significantly impacted our stay.

Pros:

It was very clean and a great location. The price was reasonable as well.

Cons:

The toilet handle was broken and didn't have a remote for the tv. Went to the front desk and told them but nothing was done.

We got 12th floor so view is not so great but ok.. Overall i can give 3 for 5

Room bed and location are good.. and clean too..

Cons:

The check in time is 4pm. But when we arrive at 5.15pm still we waited for more than 30 minutes. they were saying they are cleaning the room but we wonder when the check out was at 11.am why it took that time time to wait to check in.
There is no breakfast. There is no light in the patio though there were 2 chairs in there and since its an ocean front room people can mainly want to sit and relax.. Lift is very slow and waiting time is more.

Pools seemed to be overcrowded at times. The outside restrooms weren't clean & no toilet paper in either one.

We love the ease of access to the pools and beach, and would definitely stay again.

I love the pool options.

Cons:

The lazy river didn’t seem to have a good current. The outside door on our room would get stuck sometimes. The closet door in the bedroom would not stay up.

Excellent location, clean comfortable facilities, wonderful staff
Pros:

Everything was so clean and comfortable. The staff from check in, to housekeeping, to the restaurants were so kind and welcoming. The pools were accommodating for both kids and adults. It was just great.
