Pros:

Custo-benefício muito bom, com instalações muito boas e localização atendeu ao que se pretendia, que era visita ao DCTA e PIT de SJC.

Cons:

A aindaina de roupa de cama poderia ser de qualidade melhor, com cobertores mais robustos e dois tracesseiros por cama.
