Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Fuimos a un concierto en la plaza de toros y estaba cerca.

Cons:

El desayuno un poco escaso para ser Barceló. La bollería nefasta, en general todo lo dulce dejaba mucho que desear. Lo salado bien, aunque como digo, poca variedad.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Durante la noche se produjo una importante gotera en el baño de la habitación, una incidencia que puede ocurrir en cualquier establecimiento. Sin embargo, lo realmente preocupante fue la gestión por parte del personal.

Ante la situación, el empleado de recepción mostró una evidente falta de preparación para resolver el problema. Se le veía nervioso, sin saber cómo actuar y sin ofrecer ninguna solución efectiva. He de decir que el hombre estaba solo y dejó la recepción sin atender por atendernos a nosotros. No se nos propuso un cambio de habitación hasta que no lo dije yo, la primera contestación fué que el hotel estaba completo y al rato por arte de magia habia una habitación y nos cambiamos. Al día siguiente al dejar la habitación nos ofrecieron desayunar sin ningún coste añadido, una compensación que me parece algo ridícula(entiendo que el personal era lo poco que podía hacer por agradar)

Más allá de la avería en sí, lo que deja una mala impresión es la ausencia de una respuesta profesional y orientada al cliente. Cuando surge un imprevisto, se espera que un hotel sea capaz de reaccionar con rapidez, seguridad y empatía, algo que lamentablemente no ocurrió en este caso.

Espero que la dirección tome nota y forme adecuadamente a su personal para gestionar este tipo de incidencias de manera más eficiente en el futuro.
