The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the view was stunning. From check-in to check-out, we truly appreciated the wonderful, friendly, helpful, and professional staff. I must especially mention the restaurant team, who were absolutely fantastic – no exceptions. We stayed on a half-board basis; the food was delicious, and I’d like to highlight that Ms Jenny and Mr Guillermo made our dining experience all the more enjoyable with their warm, professional, and attentive service. I was also highly impressed with the hairdressing salon. Ms Laura, the talented and exceptional hairdresser, took her time to style my haircut beautifully, leaving me delighted with the result. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was one of the most breathtaking moments I’ve experienced in Ibiza. Overall, we had a truly lovely and relaxing stay.
The hotel's beach area is uninviting; the water looks polluted, covered with seaweed, and has an unpleasant odour. The surroundings seem neglected, with dilapidated buildings and stationary boats scattered along the shore, diminishing its appeal. I observed that none of the hotel guests, including us, attempted to swim in the sea.

Drinks so expensive and prefer an all inclusive option to use in all areas on the hotel.

A pet hate of mine, the lack of discipline around towelling around the pool.
Check in was late and no call to say when room was ready at 15:45. Then a mix up with rooms. Mistakes are made but it’s how you deal with them. In this instance badly.
