Courtyard Houston Downtown Convention Center

The location was great.

Jerri was very nice and respectful. Although she was very busy she was able to handle the workload of vehicles coming into the hotel through the evening..

Valet Eric is friendly and nice.

I came to the Courtyard with my friends for dreamcon. This is a valet only hotel and Antonio helped me and my friends get settled in. He was very nice and helpful! The hotel was very nice and even offered us drinks.

I had two nights at the hotel
On arriving I had to open an account on an app for valet parking. I checked and the nearest parking wasn’t much cheaper.
Which is not helpful when you are arriving with suitcases and you need to stop and go through the whole registration process.
On entering the hotel it looks a little worn and in need of repair but I was greeted with a friendly smile and the check in was fast.
The room was standard, no frills
The bathroom has seen better days
The room had two double beds. On the second night I pulled back the covers on the second bed because the other was a little soft to see the sheet had a stain mark on it.
I left in the morning and was told my valet receipt would be sent to me and it never was. When I spoke to the hotel they said it is not their responsibility because it is an external company.
In all a very average stay

The valet is amazing! They made my day the entire visit! They definitely have pride and what they do handled my vehicle with Care. Terri went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the entire valet team!

Easy access

As a traveling worker, I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here at Residence Inn. One thing that has stood out is the valet team. They have been extremely helpful with any vehicle-related issues and have always been willing to answer questions about the hotel and surrounding area.

A special shoutout to Antonio, who was always respectful, professional, and made the entire process smooth for me and my coworkers, especially when handling our large work trucks. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a great impression on us.

The entire valet team does an excellent job and helps create a welcoming experience for guests. Keep up the great work, and I hope to be back in Houston again soon!
